"I was falsely accused of sexual harassment. Yes, I did kiss and touch people."

Yeah, it's like no one told him that people don't want to be kissed on the face by a middle-aged harpy-witch man. That's a pretty big problem if you're still learning appropriate social behavior when you turn 37 this month. He must really think he's one of those petite Instagram girls who take pictures with fans and make kissy faces and shit.

It reminds me of Tommy Tooter's style of deflection: deny being a sex pervert while admitting to a specific act of being a sex pervert thereby proving the accusation in the first place.

Also, glad to see he's still responding to trolls despite locking down his Twitter and blocking some 5,000 followers, it wouldn't be Chris Chan if all his effort wasn't for naught.

He learned to read by reading the closed captionings on TV, which probably influenced his word structure and emphasis on capitilizing certain words that he feels are important to whatever message he’s trying to convey. Though, I would like to point out in earlier videos (circa 2007-2008 ) he spoke and wrote more clearly and to the point. The constant stress over the years as well as his already tenuous grasp on public speaking probably played a role in reducing it to the world salads he communicates in now.

Not to mention that Chris has spent long periods of time over the years isolated from social contact. It wasn't until the past couple years that he's actually had IRL friends to hang out with. Since he left community college there's really only been Megan Schroeder, and that female Stephen King lookalike herself, the Wallflower who have spent any meaningful social time with Chris until recently. Not having anyone to talk with except his geriatric parents really did a number on Chris' verbal skills.

He was banned, yet he's going back this year. It makes no sense. Chris doesn't actually know how to socialize with others, he's too autistic for even autistic conventions. We should just call Chris, "Christine Weston Chandler, popper of cheeks".
Chris thinks he's a social butterfly when he's actually a social leech.

Isn't Pennsylvania a lot more of a road trip than D.C.? What's makes TMG more significant for him?

What's makes TMG more significant for him?

TMG is probably more important to him because that's the con he got kicked out of. He met a bunch of his MLP idols at Bronycon and had a lot of fun, and he even got a panel dedicated to him at Magfest, but of course he fixated on the one convention where he got booted for being creepy. If he goes this year, I'm sure he'll try to use it as an opportunity to prove that he's learned his lesson and his past misdeeds should not be held against him, among which.

It's important to note that Josh Scorcher is one of the people Chris mentioned specifically when complaining about people blocking him.

Chris thinks being an 80's child and introverted excuses him from sexual harassment accusations. And assumes the person he's replying to has kissed people they don't know. And also thinks he's getting better.

Doesn't change that he can't communicate efficiently.
Most speaker-hearers don't communicate efficiently. Chris' is competent enough with English to convey his messages (not including jokes, those don't really matter). His syntax is pretty autistic, and his word choice is as well, but language allows for things that are not necessarily well-formed to be understood.
