I'm sure there is crossover but it seems their are sections of his fanbase that wants one or the other. A few months ago when he mostly focused on the skeptics people just wanted shitposting. Searching the tripcode 4chan archives for /sci/ and /diy/ yields many fascinating posts, mostly hundreds of underwater habitat, space habitat and general /sci/ shitposting.
There's also plans for kits to help the homeless and threads where he is accused of and responds to the pedo accusations.

He was really only anti-sjw towards the end of his IA run as I recall. He would hint at it once in a while. Jim's always been fairly low effort though except for maybe during some videos. He basically made series to put up deviant art photos and put up Tumblr posts(Hugbox/Tumblrisms) and read KiwiFarms posts in his Internet Insanity videos. But he has a talent at putting the information in a 10-20 minute video that makes it interesting. Early Jim81Jim just went after low hanging internet spergs that nobody even knows about now. And he also did some video game stuff on the video game industry around that time. I don't remember him being big on SJWs till the Quinspiracy stuff. Maybe he did some videos before then and was definitely vocal against them but it wasn't a core thing till that period and those videos were about 2 months. Now as Metokur he did more of that with some of his Tumblrisms and Hugbox stuff. But he hasn't done one of either of those since 2017.

Well there could be a few things that could add to this degeneracy:
1.) Jimmy is view-botting his youtube show show and view bots had the wrong settings (remember that bots can do multiple things, watch the video and/or spam the chat, frequency of spams depends on the settings)
2.) Jimmy's audience, which was often suspected to be racist, showed it's true colors and spammed N word in chat. Or as person above me pointed out.. Their autism is kicking in, which will only severely damage Jimmy's show in the long run.
3.) Jimmy's audience is finally getting sick of Jimmy, this thread does indicate community's dislike for Jim's content as of late.
