A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

I wonder if this Moslem chick would take off her garbage bag and hankerchief in front of a troon? I mean, since they're only supposed to wear that stuff in front of men and all.

Rep. Ilhan Omar asks Minnesota AG to investigate USA Powerlifting for barring trans athlete

I hope Ellison tries to force them to reverse their decision, and they appeal it, and appeal it, and it reaches the Supreme Court, and Ginsberg is dead and replaced by the time it gets there, and we get a resounding clarification from the highest court in the land that transmen are women on steroids and transwomen are men.

So Alexandra Marberry was a stunning brave tranny naval officer candidate.

But now he's been fired for groping someone he thought was an ally (dude, 'ally' is not the same thing as 'I want to have sex with you') but is actually transphobic (because he didn't want to have sex with him)

https://taskandpurpose.com/pathbrea...sign-amid-sexual-misconduct-charge-she-denies

Alexandra Marberry, after graduating from the Naval Academy, became one of the nation's first transgender women allowed to transition while serving in the military.

More than two years later, Marberry is fighting the Navy to clear her record of sexual misconduct she maintains she did not commit. She believes she was targeted for being transgender.

In a GoFundme page posted Saturday, Marberry explains the circumstances surrounding her discharge and asks for help paying back the $59,621.62 she now owes for failing to complete her service obligation after graduating from the Naval Academy.

In October 2016, Marberry was permitted to transition while on active duty, after spending time in limbo. She planned to train as a pilot, but while awaiting further guidance from the Defense Department, worked in an administrative role at the Naval Academy.

That year, the Defense Department under former President Barack Obama rolled out a new policy allowing transgender service members to transition to their gender identity during service. President Donald Trump rolled back these protections, first outright banning transgender people from serving in the military via Twitter. The Defense Department later refined the ban to place significant restrictions on transgender people who might want to serve.

Under the updated policy, transgender people who want to serve in the military can do so as long as they do not wish to transition so that their biological sex matches their gender identity. The Supreme Court last month upheld the amended ban while lawsuits move through the courts, but there is still one injunction barring the administration from carrying it out.

From January 2017 to September 2017, Marberry served as a gunnery and ordinance officer on the USS Winston S. Churchill. In June, a commanding officer called her into a meeting and told her she had to be off the ship in an hour, she said.

Marberry was forced to resign, she wrote on the GoFundme page, after another officer accused her of groping. She denies the accusation.

"I had been falsely accused of groping a transphobic officer who I had originally believed was an ally," she wrote.

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service launched an investigation, which found no evidence of misconduct and recommended no further action, Marberry wrote. During the investigation, she was reassigned to an administrative position in Little Creek, Virginia.

Her commanding officer held a non-judicial punishment hearing, an administrative hearing that allows commanders to discipline troops without a court-martial, and found her guilty, Marberry said.

An NCIS official did not immediately respond to questions about the investigation.

A superior officer recommended discharging her from the Navy, Marberry wrote.

"I fought that too, but eventually it came down to a choice I was offered: resign or be forcefully separated," Marberry wrote. "I 'chose' to resign with dignity, but the misconduct was placed on my permanent record, and my discharge was not the full Honorable discharge I should have received."

She submitted her resignation in June. The Navy formally separated Marberry in October.

Marberry is working with lawyers to get her debt erased and her service record changed to remove the misconduct, she she said during a phone conversation Thursday, which has kept her from getting jobs.

Naturally there's a GoFundMe: https://www.gofundme.com/wrongful-discharge-of-transgender-navy-officer

Obviously #webelievesurvivors doesn't apply to people who have been molested by trannies, as the article is basically saying that he's innocent, cos transphobia.

Inevitably:

"I am a survivor of multiple sexual assaults. "

And

"I already have about $30k in debt from when I was dumb with credit cards and from when I began transition and paid for my new wardrobe and out-of-pocket hormones."

Lol.

He's raised $5k already because #BelieveTrannies

A transgender woman has alleged that she was assaulted by five gay men on Saturday night outside a bar in West Hollywood.

Alba Martinez has created a GoFundMe account to raise money to help cover her basic costs, which she describes as “rent, groceries, and utilities, as well as medical costs – first aid supplies, mental health prescriptions, medications, and pepper spray, and fixing my phone.”

Alba Martinez (GoFundMe)
In her GoFundMe post, Martinez said the attack occurred outside a gay bar. “As a Trans Woman of Color, there are virtually no spaces where I am safe, and getting ganged up on by 5 gay men in West Hollywood (the supposed ‘gay capital’ of LA) was absolutely terrifying,” she wrote. “I was violently attacked in the face, bruised and cut up, and left unconscious in a dark alleyway.”

As of publication, Martinez has raised $8,799, far exceeding her $3,500 goal. WEHOville has reached out to her via email but has yet to receive a response. The West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station says it has no record of anyone reporting such an assault last weekend. It is unclear where Martinez says the attack occurred.

“I haven’t had much time to emotionally process what has happened in this traumatic event,” Martinez writes on her GoFundMe page. “Behind the straight faces and joking demeanor I carry around when dealing with trauma, this time I’ve found myself crying whenever I had even a minute alone to myself. The tears would come down a straight path, but I’d be silent and my reactions were limited to a dead stare at nothing. I feel more empty than ever before.

“It’s a lonesome feeling that I’ve been suffering through a lot lately. I feel pressured to put on a front whenever things get extra tough for me and my experience from being a transwoman, specifically of color. People consistently tell me to accept this reality, but do not take into consideration how my reality and all of these experiences have affected me and my mental health. I’m taking the time to describe my own narrative to the people closest to me reading this.

“To be as openly honest and vulnerable as I can, I was forced to withdraw from UCLA due to my mental health getting out of control. Because of this, I am no longer receiving the financial aid I had been stretching out until now.

As a consequence of coming out and presenting my gender as I feel most comfortable, I have been subject to daily harassment. Every day when I walk out of my front door, I experience some form of harassment, whether social, emotional, or sexual. I literally cannot be outside for more than 15 minutes without experiencing someone’s rude transphobic commentary or sexual harassment and that has greatly impacted my mental health – and more importantly, my ability to feel safe in this world. My social anxiety has increased greatly as a result of all these daily microaggressions and it has made it that much more difficult to secure a decent job, handle regular chores, and/or lead a fulfilling life.”

So he's raised $9200 from a fake attack that the cops say didn't happen.

Lol.

Thank you if you took the time to read this. It’s a really tough time for me, especially when such a traumatic event happened to me the same week of my upcoming 2-year anniversary on HRT (hormone replacement therapy). All of your donations and support mean the world to me as I try to celebrate my 2 year anniversary.

So he literally said that he dropped out of college so isn't getting welfare any more, so gibs me $.

"Micro" stands for E-6. If he's outside for 12 hours each day, 1 microaggression every 15 minutes add up to 1 full aggression in 57 years.

It's kinda odd that they did a blanket trans ban instead of just banning transmen, the ones who actually take testosterone, and want actual guys on testosterone blockers to still compete as men. Then again, a dude on testosterone blockers can still beat the shit out of a woman on t very easily. Even the really ripped transmen that work out all the time and pass as healthy looking dudes are typically on the low side of normal, so it seems like they'd struggle to compete in men's league even with T.

Then again I'm sure any tranny who powerlifts could kick my ass, so I'm not sure I'm fit to pass judgment.

:story:

I like how he ostensibly creates the GoFundMe in response to an attack, but then when he says he's going to elaborate on why he needs money, he instead spouts lengthy paragraphs about how every day his feelings get hurt by existing.

Nyla Rose in All Elite Wrestling: First trans wrestler to be signed by major league

All Elite Wrestling, the new professional wrestling company funded by billionaire Shahid Khan, has made history as the first major league to sign a transgender wrestler.

All Elite Wrestling, known by its acronym AEW, made the announcement that it has enlisted wrestler Nyla Rose on Thursday (February 7) at an event held at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Rose, based out of Washington, DC, appeared at the event on Thursday, getting into a heated exchange with fellow wrestler Kylie Rae.

AEW was formally announced in January with professional wrestlers Cody Rhodes, Nick and Matt Jackson and Kenny Omega partnering with Khan, and his son Tony Khan, to launch their own professional wrestling league to rival WWE.

Khan is the billionaire owner of the NFL team the Jacksonville Jaguars and English football team Fulham FC.

Rose confirmed she has joined AEW on Twitter on Thursday. She posted an image of the AEW logo and wrote: “Oh it’s true alright.”

Fans on Twitter have been speculating that Rose’s confrontation with Rae could lead to a match at AEW’s second ever event, Double or Nothing, which will air live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on May 25.

AEW is rumoured to have a major television deal impending in the US, too.

LGBT+ representation in professional wrestling has been sparse over the years, but there has been more inclusion in recent history.

WWE currently features an openly lesbian wrestler, Sonya Deville (real name Daria Berenato), on its SmackDown Live show.

Deville said she feels a responsibility to be a role model for young viewers who may be afraid of their own sexuality.

“My goal in talking about my sexuality publicly is just so that a scared little girl or little boy can see me do it and think, ‘Wow, if she did it, then maybe it’s OK that I do it,'” Deville told Sky Sports in November.

“It’s to encourage people to be themselves. Equality for all is what we should all want, between race, religion, gender, sexuality… it doesn’t matter.

“We’re all equal and we should treat each other as such.”

Sex offender uses crowdfunding to raise money for gender reassignment surgery
"Crowdfunding is popular in Portland, where people go on line to ask the public for money. Now, one of the people asking for your donations is Lisa Summers, who wants your help for gender reassignment surgery, what some call a sex-change operation. However, her web site does not explain what some of her would-be donors feel is crucial information: that she has a criminal past as a child molester."

Leading British surgeon calls for transgender women to have life-changing womb transplants so they can have their own children with IVF

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...der-women-life-changing-womb-transplants.html

  • Christopher Inglefield believes transgender women deserve a uterus implant
  • He said it is 'important' for trans females to be able to carry their own child
  • Other experts agree that the pioneering surgery should be performed
A top British surgeon has called for transgender women to get life-changing womb transplants so they can have children of their own.

It comes after doctors in Brazil delivered the world's first baby from a womb transplant that was given to a woman from a deceased donor last year.

Now surgeon Christopher Inglefield, founder of the London Transgender Clinic, believes transgender women deserve a uterus implant.

He says the procedure is 'essentially identical' to the one performed on women.

All these troons have mental issues that excuse absolutely anything they've done that could be criticised, but they sweep it under the rug of 'being trans is so hard you guys!' People never seem to look into whether maybe, just maybe, it's not transphobia that is causing them to beg, but because they did something wrong. And that their failures could also possibly be inspired by any other mental illnesses they may have - or even just maybe part of a character flaw.

It really is startling just how effective a magic wand it is. They say they're trans, and all their faults are waved away under their eternal oppression and suffering. They're living martyrs, always the innocent victim of whatever circumstance they end up in. That the troon sailor and the WeHo troon are lying seems obvious on the face of it, but to point that out is unsafe behaviour online.

Identity politics have caused a great many problems, but none have benefited so much as the troons.

How can a medical doctor be so ignorant of basic biology? The process of growing a child in a natal woman requires so many other biological systems than just 'a womb' and a careful balance of chemicals that can go horribly wrong in someone biologically made for the process. This isn't just peak trans, it's basically Mount Transverest.

I wouldn't want any surgeon working on me who doesn't seem to have any concept of the physical and chemical changes that occur during something as standard as a pregnancy. The fuck.
