I think there's a big difference between depicting uncomfortable topics in your work for the sake of commentary or story, and depicting them for titillation, which is exactly what Glip does. None of her works featuring rape or abuse or coercion are done with the intention of highlighting those issues, it's because she gets off on it or just has a severely skewed idea of what is normal and healthy.

People who write or depict rape or pedophilia obviously aren't always going to be rapists or pedophiles. It can be done seriously and tastefully without glamorizing with the intention of making the reader uncomfortable to get the message across effectively.
But the ones who commission or create it for the sake of sexual arousal, like the contents of Glip's art, should probably stay away from kids...

I don't immediately jump to the conclusion that if a person draws/writes something, even for titilation, it means they condone the action in real life. It's a red flag, but it's also a stepping stone to potentially more red flags. You need to look at the behavior and actions of a person to find patterns to come to actual conclusions. If you don't know what other red flags to look for, you end up being a poor judge of character and thus naive, potentially a big target for abusers. This is what I think happened with Pengo. He trusted Glip because he probably didn't see red flags clear enough or ignored them, because Glip's lying covered it up. He's the kind of person who gives someone the benefit of a doubt easily, especially to people he trusts and is dependent on. Pengo was not very judgemental towards Glip, maybe because he knew he didn't want to be judged either, due to being awkward. People who are naive are excellent targets for narcissists because they are easy to manipulate due to missing red flags. Perhaps Glip misses this control over Pengo, but if they have BPD, that makes them super dangerous to be around emotionally if they don't trust Glip. I'm afraid for Opa as well because he's missing those red flags and trusts Glip, and by the look of his tweets, it's probably because Glip has been supporting him through a rough spot. Probably not because they care, but because Opa is someone to confide in. Glip gravitates towards people to confide in when they are feeling down and slighted, there is evidence of them talking about it on their Twitter. These people are just tools to Glip. That's my take on all this, anyway.

I'll stop adding to this particular subject after this reply but this snippet right here is something I see a lot of people miss. I'll give something about myself in that I actually love learning about abuse of any kind because it's interesting to understand just how the human mind and psyche works. The entire difference is that you can have a fetish or a kink and while it may be concerning to someone to find out about it, how you carry yourself gives people all you need to know. Lets say... They behave like your friend as if you never told them shit. There's little and large actions with people with these things. Our Kiwi here might know its fucked up in actuality but they're mature and self-aware enough to know that and separate it. With Glip and Eevee, their kryptonite is that they can't shut the fuck up. They don't word shit correctly at all, they make it blatant ("I usually only take it if it interests me"), and will stan for the fucked up fetish as if nothing's wrong. You can practically smell it on them with how blatant it is. Eau de Child Rape wafting through your nostrils. Dogfucking Noir assaulting your senses. It would be different if this was kept completely personal between them, fucked up or not, but it's not and they're too narcissistic to think or have thought about that. It's none of my business what you're into whether i like the shit or not. But you being out there with your fucked up fetish is what gets you scrutinized and starts making people look at you weird. This is very interesting and I agree.

Another thing to consider is that Glip had been with Marl for years, and only now that they know a suitable Marl replacement (Opa) have they finally cut him out of their life.
Opa seems more functional than Eevee or Glip, and if I remember correctly, Marl was the "practical" one of the group, cooking and doing work the other two did not want to do.

My guess is Glip may have the capacity to care for people, but it is extremely difficult for these people to stay longterm unless they are literally irreplaceable at the time.
Anyone who is deemed too low on the totem pole is removed depending on the severity of the error they commit.

For Opa's sake I do hope Glip cares about him... But those hopes are not high.

Personally I hate Eevee for saying that CP is "Just a bunch of pixels", that people "shouldn't be punished for having a certain set of pixels" and that "16 is technically not an adult" along with a very old post of him saying "If an eight year old reaaally wanted it..."
If I were to hate Eevee for what he is not, then it would be because he just won't change into a decent person. I hate him for not getting away from these matters of CP and constantly discussing them. Every second tweet seems to revolve around something along those lines and it's usually something about how it is "crazy and out of hand!"

I would also not be surprised if Opas wife found out what he was doing and told him to stop interacting with PK and co, but Opa disagreed and she left him over it. I can only hope, given he has a daughter and I don't want children near anything PK.

Her tweet celebrating this comic doesn't show that she has some self awareness. for PK this may be just a character thing, but time keeps proving again and again and again and again and again

that she acts like that regularly with other people. She has shown repeatedly that people are either a tool or a nuisance for her.
And that she's being abusive with Opa indirectly.

It's also something that I always found funny from PK: How she acts like an asshole (both in character and in the real life), she prides herself in being like that (Never doing any attempt to change), having most people in fear of her..... and then she cries and complains because most people don't empathize with her when she starts acting like said asshole.

I have a question for the guests that are coming to this thread that were against her already. What's the main reason why you haven't talked against PK publicly in your non-anonymous furry or non furry social networks? I don't ask this in an accusative way. I just want to know if it is what I believe (fear of what she could do) or if it is another different reason. Or if you did talk and nothing happened.
