Win 10 is legit garbage. No reason to “upgrade” unless your hardware forces you to. Even then, pirate LTSB.

Jumping back to the schedule thing, Twitch has an "events" option where you can post your schedule. He could just fill that out and tweet a link to his events page instead of creating his own schedule than taking a screenshot to tweet. Granted, it doesn't exactly matter all that much for Phil given we probably care more about his schedule than any of his legitimate viewers, but still.

Is Phil putting on an entire/partial act for his target audience?

I've only just started delving into this lolcow - mainly through watching some of the "this is how you don't plays" - but watching the MGS1 one atm, there seem to be either two options:

1) He's being genuine. He's genuinely shit at games (or, from what I've seen, at least games that require thought), and he's genuinely a shit person (can't stand anything resembling a complex story or emotion, racist as hell, juvenile-level sex obsession, unfunny as hell).
2) He's putting on an act. He exacerbates how shit he is at games, and he attempts humour that he thinks his largely juvenile fan base will actually enjoy.

It could potentially fall in the middle. I'd lean towards being genuine as he doesn't strike me as smart or talented enough to put on the act - but then, he does lots of acting when it comes to e-begging, so who knows just how far that lying goes.

Admittedly the videos I've watched thus far are from about 5 or so years ago - perhaps he has improved his gameplay and/or life skills since then - but from what I've seen, that doesn't appear to be the case. So, is Phil mostly genuine shithead, mostly fake shithead, or somewhere in the middle?

He was always a pure genine asshole that scams and uses everyone for his own benefit. The reason why he is at the situation he is now is precisely because he's asshole with poor social skills and a financial literacy of a five year old. He has been slowly revealing what he truly is and how he treats other over the past years into what you're seeing now today of a miserable toxic middle aged man who has nothing going for him in life.

It's mostly genuine. At times he will put on an act most call "clown mode" where he tries to act wacky and fun but comes off awkward and cringey. All the things you will probably hope are an act is the real Phil. There have been too many hours of recorded footage of Phil being a miserable, greedy, narcissist it would be impossible for anyone to keep up as a character.

If you want to see his acting chops check out his Project 7 series which is a self insert fanfiction where Phil gets his "gaming powers" stolen.

Its very easy to tell when he is hamming it up, look at part 20 of his duck tales remastered playthrough, that was him putting on a act and it was incredibly transparent. Guy is just a prick pure and simple.

Or just someone who pretends to be him?

The way he writes in this e-mail, seemed more like an exaggerated version that the real thing, tbh.

Would be nice to see his hotmail adress or something like that
