I don't think she knows coding or HTML, so I am guessing she uses a web builder that has all the basics. Bright pastel colours and comic sans is a favourite among cows.

And by stinky garbage, gardeners use compost, manure and separated things from said as a certain fertilizer to support their plants. And since Kiwi is one of the many plants, that need nourishments for a proper growth, it needs, of course depending on amount, cans of "garbage", from what I listed up before.

So long story, short, you are a stinky garbage can, that adds more and more into the plant. I hope you get, what I mean.

Many site builders have easy to use materials to make a web page. Mainly for HTML/Coding illiterate people. Most stuff made by people like her with the bright, clashing colours, sparkles and comic sans makes it look like those Geocities webpages. All she is missing is annoying Midi music and a thousand animated gifs that lagged everyone when they used Dail Up.
