This is the same guy who trolled him with the 9k donation a couple of months ago. That trolling cause Dark to make a Twitlonger about the situation.

Problem with this approach is that DSP reads everything detractors say and, if this is true, he’ll say he baited the trolls and it’s an epic win and they acted exactly how he predicted they would. Or he’ll just deny it. I dunno.

Either way, this bores me. I prefer DSP getting a sponsorship and then that business getting hammered with poor reviews, fake orders, and phone calls requesting Battletoads or Barbie’s Horse Adventures. That would amuse me. Like if cyberpowerpc or Alienware gave DSP a cumpooter I’d be happy to see old memes flood their feeds.

You know what's sad?

One of my biggest criticisms of DSP is that he doesn't invest a dime back into his own business.

We all know DSP is getting that $12K check from Emerald 7 this week (probably Friday). If he had just come out and said "I just received E7's money, I know money is tight, but my machine is completely out of date. I figured if I took $1K now and bought/upgraded my gaming PC, I could recoup that money back quickly by playing PC games next week. Sound good? Snort.

I mean, it's DSP so he'd probably get some criticism for it, but I bet most of his detractors would be like "it's about fucking time you fixed your computer". I've been ripping on his broken keyboard for what feels like months now.

If these emails are legit; they raise the question: does DSP know that he is supposed to use these cheers and subs to buy new hardware? Or does he think that he begs for money so much because "his taxes" or "his bills" that he can't at the same time actually upgrade his setup because it would mean that people wouldn't believe that he's in that much trouble financially? We already know he's bad at managing money.

Spending $1K to make $3K-$5K back is the very principle of business, but DSP thinks that if he has $1K to spend then he can't play the sympathy card anymore?

I guess he literally writes in the email that if "I somehow got over $1K to just drop on a gaming PCs out of nowhere would probably not make sense, nor be good for my prospects of ongoing support."

Maybe that's it. He hasn't upgraded any of his equipment in years because he needs old broken machines in order to play the sympathy "woe is me" card? Kind of how people gets others to do their work for them through "learned helplessness", the same way that his chill Minecraft streams involve people cheering just to tell him what to do?

Or am I thinking too much into this? I'm probably thinking too much.

Agreed, dis sum faggot ops. Email trolling is too easy for him to plausibly deny. This will be ARF ARF ARF'd into the collective memory hole. When he gets nailed on Twitter or on-stream is when things get güd.

I think it is mostly lazyness on his part.
Just look at his couch and TV setup which he hasn't updated since he moved there (apart from the new TV).
Or just the fact that it took him almost a year to threw away Leanna's soap stuff.

On the other hand, I can see him not upgrading his PC because he just doesn't want to play games on it aside from the "begathon-streams".

1) In the email he talked about the actual details of receiving his PS4pro + 4k TV. If DSP was just fucking with the "obvious troll" why would he even mention that??

2) Even better, why the fuck would DSP write out a huge response email, simply as a joke, and waste his time anyway?? There is too much Netflix and Wrestling to watch on his precious dead of night down time.

The last set of email ops got us a Twittlonger, a 20 minute pre-stream SCREAMING rant, and even more TKOHF posting where he made up a fake email from a "concerned fan".

If it pisses him the fuck off and forces him to do the thing that he is the absolute WORST at (damage control), and nobody gets doxed or hurt, I'd say that's worth it.

I don't quite follow. Even if Leanna wasn't in the picture Phil would still buy another condo because he'd whine how small the place was. If he stayed in Connecticut his income would still dip because it's Phil and Leanna would still get a job and meet new people, Phil would still fuck over John (he already fucked over Howard before the move) and everything would be pretty much the same.

Not to mention that Phil chose Washington whereas Leanna wanted to move to Florida.

So he believed that a company would sponsor his stream and tell him not to mention their name? Not only that but refuse to allow him to mention them for advertising? I can understand him still believing that some tard would come out of the woodwork and give him a shit ton of money, it has happened before, but why the hell would a company sponsor someone they admittedly don't want to be associated with?
