They tend to think "ability" means whatever makes them super special. So Billy would of course be some sort of artist and would just doodle all day and get free shit. Free troon supplies, free food, free rent, free $3000 drawing pads, because "need" can be anything to these idiots. Besides, it's all free and doesn't cost anyone anything.
That, or like the ones I've had to deal with want tons of free shit, but are "disabled" and simply can't or won't work. Why work when everything is free? Disability means they'll contribute nothing, while receiving more than others because they're special.
Because as I'm often reminded, communism celebrates diversity and troonery and special snowflakeness in general.
