Those little animu portraits are kinda fun and cute. I dig the watercolor effects even if the colors and textures can't line up in some aspects. Anyway, here's a moldy potato, tragically bitten by the animu bug.

Sooooooo can I join the fun thread?

I don't wanna spam up this place, but honestly I'm so creatively frustrated! I had discovered/rediscovered Flora in about the same breathe as finding out about the drama. Cuz I was catching up when I hit that long pause when the logs dropped, and went looking for what happened. Then was just generally mad and frustrated that something I was just about to get into was tarnished.

And mostly cuz I'm a huge sucker for creating interesting species and stuff.
I really liked the rock candies.

At one point I was trying to catch up on this thread, I think I was only around page 10 though so I still got some reading to do.

Edit: okay I was actually on page 30 something and caught up pretty fast. Tho I'm not caught up on tbe loveless stuff. Fucking I credible my dudes.

I'll probably get around to doing some art of my own here cuz there are definitely some characters that could've been made better. And making an off brand Flora oc sounds fun. Probably will be something Spinach based since that seems to be my theme right now...

Long time lurker on the main thread and former floraverse fan, been meaning to make an account here since the logs dropped.

I used to love the species ideas in floraverse (like the rock candies), but I was not a fan of how some of them were executed and designed (like the imps). I would love to join in on the redesigning.

I decided to try redesigning a few main chars? Mostly just removing some design elements to simply their shilouettes

I wish I could join the drawpile but I've been restricted to mobile and on paper as of right now because I still haven't installed my tablet on my new laptop yet.

Anyways, here's a new character I've been doodling lately. His name is Raphael.

He's a hybrid of an angel and a normal citizen (feline). His lifespan is longer due to his angel genes, so he ages slightly slower. He is currently 100 years old, but he is biologically around 20-22. He's observant, but not much of a talker. He uses some form of telepathy, but he's not very good at it.
