There's a lot of guys on bisexuality forums talking about how much they want to suck dick, but they are absolutely not sexually attracted to men. I have long thought they were just in denial--when you see a guy saying he just wants dick and isn't sexually attracted to the male body, but he'd never blow a fat guy, it's hard not to think that--, but I'd never considered this was the prodromal stage of transgenderism. Assuming pseudo-bisexuality is a valid concept, I'd expect a mix on those forums: bisexual (and homosexual) men in (deep) denial, like you suspect, and autogynephiles who genuinely aren't attracted to men beyond their capacity as props in their sexual transformation fantasy fetish. As for "heteroromantic bisexuality," I find the division of attraction into separate "romantic" and "sexual" orientations as preposterous and unscientific as gender identity ideology. Romantic preference? Sure. I mean, 25x the size of the dating pool? Homophobia-resistant lifestyle? Hell, if I were bisexual, I'd prefer to date women, too. Hi!!! It was Dr. Schechter in Chicago. Since I'm putting his name out there, I will add that I have been very happy with the care received. Hi! I had top and bottom surgery on during one 13-hour marathon in the fall of 2017. Getting approval for surgery took so much work that I decided to have all procedures that my insurance would cover performed on the same day. The mammoplasty took ~4 hours, and then the vaginoplasty took the remainder of the time.

In a sane world, "I was anaesthesized by a insane surgeon and woke up as a crude approximation of a woman" would be the basis of a horror film, and nothing more.

My understanding is that transfusions are only used when things go bad (car accidents and hemorrhaging like you said) or when they need to add blood to an organ (transplants), so breast augmentation shouldn't need it and male-to-"female" quackery surgery should only need it if they're using an intestinal or colon graft to help make the manhole.
