Undergoing an uncooperative evaluation is a kind of evaluation, too. From that they can often extrapolate what they're looking for by how you're being uncooperative. This isn't exactly a diagnosis but it's also not exactly not a diagnosis. If you show up and say anything they can get a ballpark idea that there's a "there there." In court situations they can probably demand a cooperative evaluation if they got an idea of what they're looking for from that.
(tl;dr if you're gonna be uncooperative don't show up.)

No i got it from the documents shown to me here. JF was interviewed and given an inkblot test. JF doesn't even like getting health insurance. JF told a story recently where, at Duke I believe, they were being pressed into purchasing some kind of health care package. JF would delay and delay and delay, to make them suffer, until they said "JF you gotta get this now or we're kicking you out." So JF begrudgingly got it. Then JF ended up in the emergency room. I'll try to find the clip, but it sounded to me like they were trying to say they faked an emergency without saying that was their goal. JF's logic for this was:
"If the health insurance company lost me $2000 I'm going lose them $5000."
