Optavia is a $400 monthly mlm pyramid scheme that big AL just invested in and quit after 3 days. She assured everyone that this was what was going to finally be the magical key to losing hundreds of pounds (because she had done tons of research on it). Basically it's just a bunch of shitty meal replacement bars. AL got scared that she wasn't eating enough calories on Optavia and quit because she doesn't want to slow down her metabolism...

Progress, not perfection.
In simple terms, this means the work-out we saw, was the last work-out she did. And she binged on Arby's, or Burger King half the amount of times she would have if she was perfect. I'm guessing 2X in the last few days vs 4X. Progress, not perfection.
Such a busy, busy life Chantal leads. Never knew someone someone so busy who didn't have a job. Couldn't even film herself daily & upload. I thought those work-outs were supposed to be an inspiration.
No matter, the camera will tell all. She either lost a chin or didn't. What a bore.
