A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

I love how little fucks this local reporter gives:

"He later identified himself as a transgender, Zoe Perez, and he prefers to be identified as a woman. And this is what he said afterward..."

https://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2019/02/14/shooting-synagogue/ (the comment section is fun)

Also: "One 35-year-old male victim who suffered a gunshot wound and was conscious and breathing when taken to a hospital, according to LAPD Officer Tony Im." Lol.

This is a really good first post, congratulations. This is the timestamp where the furry gets shot by the way, first four minutes is the Mexican dude doing a sombrero dance or something
Yeah, that rocking back & forth was weird. Obviously he was flush with adrenaline but that's still really strange behavior.

Guard Neglegent discharged his firearm due to fucking with the trigger. It then ricocheted off the floor into the furfags upper thigh. He’s lucky, if that had been a direct shot his leg would be fucked

He said afterward it was a "warning shot."

That guard is fucked. I'm not 100% on how liability works in such a situation so the synagogue may escape liability, but either guard or the security company is going to eat shit on this. Hopefully Freedom Tranny gets a good lawyer to go after the right target. It does look like an accidental discharge, but between that, the guard's overly anxious behavior (including even just having his weapon drawn), and his lame "warning shot" attempt at CYA, it speaks to really shitty training/employee selection on the part of the security company.

I'm personally a big fan of good 1st Amendment auditors (News Now Houston and HonorYourOath are standardbearers IMO), though I havent been watching them in a while, and have never heard of this "Fuzzy Potato" dude. Even the bad ones are performing something of a service in their own cringey, obnoxious way, so long as they stay within the law. When it comes to your rights, use em or lose em (or catch a rebound to the gams and wait for the payout).

Well, everyone in sight is going to be sued. Some of whether they're liable will depend on whether they hired this guy themselves or contracted out the security, and whether they had any reason to know the security company was fucking up. If they employed the security guy directly, they're responsible. If they didn't, they still might be, but not necessarily.

I'd assume a security company like that is bonded or insured in some way, although most security companies aren't. If they really take it seriously, though, they'd hire a good firm. OTOH would a good firm hire some crazed idiot who just (apparently) accidentally shoots some rando in the leg who wasn't even threatening him?

Someone's liable, though. A fuckup like this doesn't happen without someone paying for it.

IANAL but: The (((defense attorney))) will probably argue that Furry Potato assumed some liability by antagonizing the guard. (Similar to trespassing where there's a Beware of Dog sign.) Something like "a reasonable person should have known that antagonizing armed guards might eventually get them shot."

But that defense will fall flat. Like you said, discharging a firearm in public tends to be illegal in damn near every state/circumstance, and "warning shots" have no (beneficial) legal distinction. Firing a gun at someone is firing a gun at someone. Especially if it's close enough to ricochet or cause debris that injures them.

The weak attempt at damage control is going to damn him the most. If the guard thought he was in the right, he would have either resumed his post or been the first one to call for an EMT when he realized what happened. Running out, lying to the crowd, excusing himself, further intimidating his victim with the same weapon... these are the actions of a guilty mind.

It would fall flat because filming someone from a public place is a Constitutionally protected right. He wasn't trespassing. I admit I didn't track down and watch the whole stream, but in the four minutes preceding the shooting, he did literally nothing besides stand on a public sidewalk and hold a camera and say "He says he'll shoot me." He could have been throwing a double bird and yelling "shoot me already, you wetback cocksucker!" and it would have zero legal relevance.

I'm actually curious if the guard was arrested and if not why not. He should be charged.

P.S. Just to stay somewhat on topic, it is amusing to hear everyone referring to him as "a guy," "buddy," etc. To his credit, I didn't hear him bitching at anyone for misgendering (though after the shot and the following minute or so I just skipped through the rest so I may have missed it).

Only just now found the video from before the shooting. He's acting kinda sketchy, and a reasonable person would be suspicious. 100% correct though that there's no legal justification for a shooting.

He almost troons out for a bit to the cops when they do the pat-down. "I'm a trans-gender female!" "So who do you want to do the pat-down?" "Who normally does the pat down for women?" But no genuine lulz to be had.

News says the guard has been arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. This would have happened after all the video. Which isn't surprising, since police tend to take security at their word before reviewing the evidence.

Dunno if he's allowed to be bailed out for a violent assault in CA, but I suspect (((someone))) might try to bail him out anyways.

From my cozy armchair, the guard will probably argue that "I don't know if this is a terrorist, and I was in genuine fear for my life, and that's why I accidentally shot him then lied about it."

EDIT: It occurs to me. Even if the guard was worried about violence or vandalism, he just put a giant bullseye on that synagogue. lol I half expect to see it covered in pink and purple dicks this time next week.

terves are passing this one around today. they say watch out guys, they are finally coming for us.

glad i'm married. you straight unmarried guys gonna have some splainin to do. transphobes!

https://broadly.vice.com/en_us/article/3kgvab/transgender-sex-chasers-cisgender-men

I'm single this Valentine’s Day, and I feel like shit. I feel undesirable, and I feel powerless to change that. Most of all, I want to know why the guys I crush on, namely cis, straight, male 20-somethings, won’t fuck me. So I slid into the only thing I could: their DMs.

My friends warned me about writing this column on why my crushes won’t crush me back. They said the guys I like won’t fuck me because they’re straight. He’s—you know—into women, they said, the transphobia as thinly veiled as a penis in a lambskin condom. My friends were implying that heterosexuality is male attraction to women—and I just don’t make the cut.

that's you fellas. you will not date this tranny & who do you think you are?

Simply, some say desire is a predetermined variable, while others find it to be something in which we are inculcated. But we also know that desire is flexible: for example, trans girls’ (and more broadly, trans people’s) sexual attractions often change after starting transition. And when studies support the obvious—that most cis people, queer and straight alike, wouldn’t date trans folks—I’m left wondering what it would take for someone to want to fuck me.

To be clear, whatever the indecipherable mechanics of male lust may be, it’s not that boys as a category won’t fuck me. (Grindr begs to differ.) Rather, it’s that I, along with many other trans girls, are quick to label guys who openly and eagerly desire us as “chasers,” a pejorative used for suitors who see trans women as a part-time kink or a full-time game. So, I quickly write off these sexual solicitors. Instead, I thirst for the boys who have only ever chased cis girls. It’s these guys who won’t fuck me.

he's talking to YOU!

When a straight guy says he is not into me, nor other trans women, I feel butthurt–emotionally and, unfortunately, not physically. Smart girls would just walk away and actually find someone who is into them. My desire is just as biased as these men’s. I don’t want to find others. I want them.

I may come off as a bit aggressive posing the question, Why won’t you fuck me?It may even sound that I feel entitled to their desire. Wouldn’t it be lovely to have fucking be a human right? Alas, it’s not, and it cannot be. Desire is not enforceable, nor can it conform to our politics. Some feminists might diagnose these guys’ desire with a bad case of transphobia (and probably all sorts of other social biases). I mean, it would be pretty cool if a Trans 101 was the new Viagra, if #TransIsBeautiful could be a command, and not just an affirmation.

But the idea that not desiring trans women is transphobic mistakes desire for rationality. You don’t want because you know; you want because you feel. Brains can understand that trans women are women–but a boner only knows the five senses. If I was a Good Feminist, after all, I would be fucking other trans women by now.

unfortunately there's more.

So much entitlement, holy shit. Whatever happened to "no means no?" Oh, right, it's a troon, so its sexual kinks come first and everyone else must accommodate.

It still blows me away that people can think like this. "Why won't you have sex with me?!?!" "Because I'm not attracted to you." "Bigot!" How on earth does he think scolding people will compel them to suddenly turn gay, get horny and get to work?

If I already don't want to have sex with you and then you start calling me names and demanding sex from me, I'm going to pick up a blunt object to make my feelings clear if you don't stop. If this guy got his ass kicked by one of his own friends for acting like this, I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest.

Wait,
i) why did they piss in a mason jar?
ii) why did they both piss in the same mason jar?
Maybe they were going to use their piss to do their laundry like the Romans did back in the day? All those crisp white togas? That was thanks to piss. Maybe not Tranny piss but we can retroactively troon anything out these days.

Also holy fuck. What is it with trannies and piss?

They want to talk to that guy before the cops. They don't want the cops to be the first to know what exactly happened or this beaner to be coerced into some even more damaging confession than what actually happened.
