Yeah, a vagina has two holes: the entryway and the cervix. Barring any fistulas, the "neovagina" only has one hole: the entryway. The point being that "gynecologists can't tell the difference!!!!" is a complete delusion. A high school biology student could tell the difference.

And do trans even get injected with any other female hormone except estrogen? Because women have multiple hormones whose levels fluctuate naturally.
