He is holding a convention at a public facility. This convention is taking place in a space that holds the same constitutional authority as a national park, monument, or building. These idiots cannot under any circumstances carry out the legal threats they have made. If they do, they can and will be sued.
Incidentally, as this is a government facility, this is also why the stupid claims of their "bomb threat" is why this has pinged on the radar of the United States military. Defense Intelligence Agency or Central Intelligence Agency analysts have been assigned as of yesterday to prepare a national level threat assessment for this convention. The FBI is sending out special agents to get the landscape and have called fucking youtube spergs. The results of which will be put into the daily intelligence summary read by everyone from the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff to president Donald Trump and every rando government worker in between.
