The thing about PIV is awareness of the reality of your clitoris. These guys in wigs are imagining the "happy button", as opposed to an actual clitoris, which is around four inches in length. Some don't but it's also really common for women to like, uhhh... not understand their own body and not actually learn what they like- sexual shyness can be something difficult to work through. That's with an organ that has parts made specifically for pleasure and, arguably, penetrative sex.

The thing about this that bothers me is how this kinda ties into how media portrays the orgasm, not just porn but the whole symbolism used in ads for lubricants for example. It still blows my mind when I talk to grown ass women who have never have an orgasm. And it's not because they have low libido or something, they can get aroused just fine but they are never able to actually get relief.
