Its really depressing that this show is normalizing doing these things to children.
I think this is the most disturbing part of Jazz's popularity and fame. Young trans, like his friend Noelle, start seeing this as the best way of dealing with potential gender-body issues, because they see the surface benefits of avoiding puberty. It seems really appealing, but there isn't any data or knowledge on the long-term effects, and the trans-positive (at all costs!) narrative doesn't allow the average layperson to even see the current short-term destructive effects of this shit. People like Sophie Labelle have been saying for years that hormone blockers are the most effective and humane way of treating vague gender issues in children, and the shallow view of Jazz's life adds a lot of mainstream credence to that.

Not only that, but it totally buttfucks the whole trans process. Instead of trying to make a point of thinking something like this through, because imo people need to be absolutely sure the person has gender dysphoria because the process is incredibly painful, they do it right away, at age 3 no less. This is gonna get more and more parents to try doing this, more and more kids to try hormone blockers even though they're just a little girly, if anything, and maybe even try to have their surgery earlier than they should. It's damaging to kids, it's damaging to medical science, it's damaging to trannies who just want to be seen as whatever they're trying to be and live their lives, nobody comes out of this for the better.

These people think they're helping the trans cause when they're wreaking untold havoc on it. It's like watching an episode of Inspector Gadget.

Honestly, I don't think there's any "might" about it. The only reason the show would be spending so much time on getting Jazz to have an orgasm, the depth of the the neo-vagina, and finding a boyfriend is because TLC knows that at least a good chunk of their audience watches to see the answer to the question: "Can you fuck with it though"

God forbid they have to admit it's an unmitigated disaster and cancel the series amidst a mass shooting when Jazz realizes how fucked he is, and/or a mass lawsuit against everyone involved including the shitty parents.

That's it in one. If an adult decides they want to take hormone blockers and have surgeries and shit done to their body, it's their body. But this is not a decision to be made by children, let alone by their parents. Puberty blocker is such a nice way to describe spironolactone, a drug that was meant to be used for people in heart failure. The shit is a massively dangerous drug of last resort. Not fucking sugar cubes you drop into your morning orange juice. And you want to give that to 8 year olds? Wtf is wrong with people.

Posting some clips for discussion:
Right off the bat, Jazz shows off the "medical supply" basket, specifically pulling out the biggest dilator, bright orange.
"This is the size I have to work up to!"

Some older clips, featuring Noelle and other tranz superfriends:
Burning shit is much more woke than donating it to the needy.

Apparently Noelle was present during some mass-shooting, so when they all go to prom, he has a PTSD meltdown.
Features my favorite quote, "I myself have never been in a shooting, but I have heard guns before, and it's one of the worst sounds ever - it's traumatizing!"
The sound of random gunshots, regardless of context, is traumatizing :story:

That was the most awkward prom ever. You had all these teenagers having fun and dancing while the transgender table just looked on bored. And Noelle's "PTSD breakdown" just roughly translated to, "Wait a second, I'm not the center of attention. Better have a breakdown."

I've literally had situations in life like that where everyone is having a great time and the ONE attention whore has to run into a corner to cry about some stupid shit mostly because the attention isn't on her.

Also off topic, but did Jazz's grandma always look that deranged? Her cross eyes, orange skin, and broccoli hair makes it obvious where Jazz's mother got her crazy...

"I myself have never been in a shooting, but I have heard guns before, and it's one of the worst sounds ever - it's traumatizing!"

Are these the exact words? Then it seems like Jazz has some new writers, apparently they're from the anti-gun movement. Now she's a mouthpiece for two different political groups.

That wasn't Jazz, that was one of the other friends. About 6 minutes into the video.

There's no fucking way that line was in the actual show. I refuse to believe it. It's just so on the nose. It sounds like something out of a parody, or if it's as if Jazz is a robot built to spout her mom's views. That explains that abomination of a body.

Hey, at least Noelle's acting like a real woman then!
