A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Holy good fuck. The bloke in the middle, referring to Navratilova's comments, said "I think she's quite bonkers with some of her views, to be fair"

Look at this fucking picture. Someone in this picture is calling someone else bonkers. This linebacker looking motherfucker who wants us to believe he's a pretty pretty princess. Holy shit fuck these people!

This is child abuse. It’s creating a cohort of people over the age of consent with child like bodies.

Considering how many troons are pedophiles they probably consider this a plus. A midget race of child looking low IQ sex slaves.

If that's true, then what's the point of transitioning in the first place.

Is just a cheap excuse for people that dont want to do SRS because they are poor as shit or because they know how useless it is, but calling themselves drag queens doesn't get you oppression points so feminine penis it is, even when it sounds terrible and stupid

"Trans women are women" is a conceit we granted as a society years ago when trans women were mostly confined to those with diagnosed gender dysphoria. "It's transition or suicide", we were told.

"Trans women are women" was never a statement of biology. It was a social concession. A courtesy.

Push it much further, and you might see that conceit go away. I'm already seeing a lot more pushback against trans folks in general than even a few years ago.

I'm going to sperg for a bit here:
1992. A movie called 'The Crying Game" wins an Oscar and a Bafta, plus numerous nominations and other awards. Movie Spoiler: the black chick has a dick. She is a sympathetic character. The transexual plot line is rare. Lots of discussion of gender identity disorder ensues in the media.

2019. Women have dicks and lesbian men deserve to fuck real female lesbians, troons are everywhere and if you don't like it you are a bigot and should die in a fire. Oh now they're called transgender. Tranny characters are no longer sympathetic, they are sassy assholes. Transexuals are now transgenders and no longer disordered.
Media now loves trannies.
Sperg over

Edit: not my finest hour. Troon Derangement Syndrome?

One trans tries to talk sense into two troons while the news anchor looks mortified by the whole thing, apparently they couldn't find a real woman to be on the panel.

https://twitter.com/5_News/status/1098309581812482048

The one on the left is/was Frank Maloney a famous boxing promoter in the UK. Half way through he claims that hormones have made him an unassertive push over like what the womens are, so he had to give up negotiating contracts as estrogen has turned him into a female ditzy clutz.
Funny how no trannies are crying about the lack of real women athletes participating in the show.

This is child abuse. It’s creating a cohort of people over the age of consent with child like bodies. Why people aren’t baying for these people’s heads is beyond me. The lawsuits in ten years time when these kids realise they’ve been groomed, stunted, sterilised and mutilated will be epic.
It’s kind of funny, there was a joke website about bonsai kittens a while ago. This caused an uproar from people not realizing it was a goddam joke where somebody took pictures of their cat after it climbed into a jar.

Now we have bonsai kiddies to celebrate.

If they can manage to make that realisation, after the IQ drop and the grooming and lack of brain maturation.

I'm already seeing a lot more pushback against trans folks in general than even a few years ago.

Because they are trying to push things beyond the point of reason. Once they start saying things like 'trans women are biological women', people with sense are not just accepting that, and now troons are the most oppressed people ever because not everyone wants to accept their bullshit.

They had a reasonable point, an avenue towards acceptance that they claim to be fighting for. But they're trying to overturn facts, and there are people who just won't stand for it.

So if I just say I'm a tranny right now, my penis instantly magically transubstantiates into being biologically female, and if I say whoops, nope, changed my mind, the magic spell goes away and it's male again.

This is what troons actually believe.

It helps when you realize the only books these people have ever read are Harry Potter

Sadly there won't be any lawsuits because before that 10 years is up they will have all joined the 40% without fail.

So this British man is now suing the Mail for defammation after he got bad press for acting like a triggered troon and getting a woman arrested.

Trans woman disputes Mail on Sunday misgendering story shared by Donald Trump Jr.

Stephanie Hayden, a trans woman, has disputed a “grossly irresponsible” story about her in The Mail on Sunday, which was shared by Donald Trump Jr. on Twitter.

Hayden, who is a lawyer, heavily criticised the national newspaper for an article it published on Sunday (February 10), telling PinkNews she will be taking legal action for defamation and has filed a complaint with press regulator IPSO.

The Mail on Sunday article alleges that 38-year-old mother Katherine Scottow, from Hertfordshire, was “arrested in front of her children and locked up for seven hours” because she referred to Hayden as a “man” on Twitter.

The paper claims that “it was complaints by Miss Hayden that led both to the arrest of, and injunction against, Mrs Scottow.”

The article subsequently went viral and was shared by the US president’s son, Donald Trump Jr., who described the incident as “insane,” asking his followers: “Are we getting to the PC tipping point yet?”

However, Hayden, posted a statement on Twitter on Tuesday (February 12), claiming that the police arrest, in fact, stems from Scottow allegedly sharing “confidential details of my personal medical and financial information” on social media.

The Mail on Sunday’s story is “grossly irresponsible,” says trans woman Stephanie Hayden
The Mail on Sunday‘s report does not include claims that Scottow leaked private information about Hayden, giving the impression the woman was arrested for misgendering Hayden.

“On 10 February 2019 a story appeared in the Mail on Sunday by Martin Beckford infereing [sic] that I had made a complaint to Hertfordshire Police about Katherine Scottow alleging that she had misgendered me as a man resulting in her arrest and detention on 1 December 2018,” said Hayden in the statement.

Hayden added that “the police report concerned the unauthorised disclosure of private information about me” and that Hertfordshire Police made the independent decision to arrest Scottow.

Hayden told PinkNews that the Mail on Sunday‘s story, written by the newspaper’s home affairs editor Martin Beckford, is “an example of grossly irresponsible reporting.”

“Mr Beckford’s one sided and prejudicial story has potentially prejudiced a criminal investigation,” she added.

“Further, it has whipped up a public frenzy designed to target me, a transgender woman who is legally recognised by the state as a woman, for abuse and ridicule.”

Hayden said that, following the story’s publication on Sunday, she has received numerous abusive messages, “many of them carrying threats of violence or even death.”

She continued: “I believe that The Mail on Sunday has defamed me, exposed me to harassment, and did not even extend to me the courtesy of giving me advance notice of the story and/or allowing me any right of reply.

“A complaint has already been filed with the Independent Press Standards Organisation. I will very shortly be commencing legal action in the High Court for defamation and harassment.”

The Mail on Sunday told PinkNews that it did not believe that its story is inaccurate.

John Wellington, managing editor of Mail on Sunday, told PinkNews: “We have no reason to think our article was inaccurate and Ms Hayden has made no complaint to us.”

A spokesperson from Hertfordshire Constabulary confirmed to PinkNews that a 38-year-old woman was arrested in December and later released from custody.

The spokesperson said the force is “investigating an allegation of malicious communication,” adding that it has “submitted a file to the Crown Prosecution Service to determine if formal charges can be brought in line with national guidance in dealing with hate crime.”

“As part of the investigation, a lap top and mobile phone were seized for examination which has now taken place and the property has been returned to its owner,” the spokesperson continued.

“The impact of ‘hate crime’ cannot be underestimated and Hertfordshire Constabulary will continue to respond positively when allegations emerge, providing support to victims as required.”

The woman remains under police investigation, the spokesperson said.

Hayden’s criticism of the Mail on Sundaycomes after another tabloid newspaper, The Daily Star, recently published a correction after it falsely claimed that child murderer Ian Huntley is trans.

And, in January, the MailOnline apologised to charity Mermaids UK over an “incorrect” story concerning hormone replacement therapy and trans kids.

Holy fuck, Ian Huntley is a child murdering degenerate sick fuck with no realistic prospect of surviving his sentence, but even he, despised as he is by the rest of humanity, feels he has to make a statement denying troonism.

It's trannie conspiracy season. First we got the conspiracy theory about /r/dogswithcops, I mean /r/dogswithjobs and /r/Eyebleach being a government psyops to prop up the image of law enforcement on reddit by posting pictures of cop dogs. Leave it to the far left trannies to expose all the undercover agents on reddit. Yesterday however the troons outdid themselves with yet another conspiracy theory. Trans activist Julia Serano posted an opus magnum conspiracy theory file about gender critical websites, in which the parents of gender non-conforming kids are the dupes of ringleader James Cantor who, through the use of sockpuppet accounts, recruited therapists Lisa M and Lisa L and many many others to help him spread the meme of Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria as a form of social media contagion amongst teens idolizing trans influencers on Tumblr, Youtube and Instagram (when everyone in their right mind can see that this is what's happening with these kids). TL;DR version, Julia Serano claims that sexologist James Cantor led this grand conspiracy involving gender critical parents, academics and therapists in order to manipulate North Dakota school policy. Julia insists that this is not conspiracy mongering when that's exactly what she is doing. She accuses all these people of working together behind the scenes from the very start to spead their ideas through the use of pseudonymous sites and sockpuppet accounts to hide their mutual associations. (Definitely a case of pot calling the kettle when it comes to how trans activists operate in the social media.)

The climax of the conspiracy theory file is this part, where Julia attempts to whip up a hysteria about the evil cis rounding up and warehousing trans people:

If being transgender is presumed to be "contagious" (for which there is nothing but circumstantial evidence, and with far more plausible alternative explanations), then that could be used as a justification for not only disaffirming individual trans kids' identities, but also suppressing or outright censoring transgender voices and perspectives, and "quarantining" or excluding trans children & adults from schools and communities, under the pretense that they are "contagious" and will likely "infect" other people.

This is the trannie equivalent of FEMA camps. Alex Jones should get in touch.

For those of you unfamiliar with Julia's work, she has long had an obsession with the trope of "disease" herself, a fixation which goes back to her untreated rape trauma. When Julia was still a male cross-dresser, he got raped by another man during a BDSM blind date. In her book Whipping Girl Julia wrote that being raped as a man by another man made her feel "diseased", or "infected" if you will:

"Sometimes the line between fantasy and reality would blur, like the time I had a top who refused to stop for safe words. When I
finally thwarted his advances, he guilttripped me with fucked-up lines about how I had led him on and how it was all my fault
for being such a tease. When I got home, I sat in the shower for almost an hour, but I still felt dirty and diseased. And I didn’t dare tell a soul because, on a subconscious level, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I had deserved what happened to me."

Julia is projecting her own warped view of herself as a "diseased" rape victim onto society, effectively accusing society of the way she views herself, as a man who caught the bug of terminal effeminacy by virtue of being raped by another man, the ultimate sissification scenario in BDSM. Keep in mind that Julia was raped during the AIDS crisis, having a male2male sexual assault experience during that time must've have played a role in how he came to view himself as "diseased" at the time.

Suffice to say that no one is about to round up trannies. In fact, there are now more trannies in government than over, but Julia is rapidly losing touch with reality as her persecutory delusions take over.

You probably already guessed this, but our latest story of LITERAL TRANS ERASURE comes from the one and only Vice dot com.
Facial recognition software is a billion dollar industry, with Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, and Facebook developing systems, some of which have been sold to governments and private companies. Those systems are a nightmare for various reasons—some systems have, for example, been shown to misidentify black people in criminal databases while others have been unable to see black faces at all.

The problems can be severe for transgender and nonbinary people because most facial recognition software is programmed to sort people into two groups—male or female. Because these systems aren’t designed with transgender and gender nonconforming people in mind, something as common as catching a flight can become a complicated nightmare. It’s a problem that will only get worse as the TSA moves to a full biometric system at all airports and facial recognition technology spreads.

These biases programmed into facial recognition software means that transgender and gender nonconforming people may not be able to use facial recognition advancements that are at least nominally intended to make people’s lives easier, and, perhaps more importantly, may be unfairly targeted, discriminated against, misgendered, or otherwise misidentified by the creeping surveillance state's facial recognition software.

Os Keyes, a “genderfucky nightmare goth PhD student” studies the intersection of human-computer interaction and social science at the University of Washington’s Department of Human Centred Design & Engineering. To find out why automatic gender recognition (AGR) is so ubiquitous, Keyes looked at the past 30 years of facial recognition research.

They studied 58 separate research papers to see how those researchers handled gender. It wasn’t good. Keyes found that researchers followed a binary model of gender more than 90 percent of the time, viewed gender as immutable more than 70 percent of the time, and—in research focused specifically on gender—viewed it as a purely physiological construct more than 80 percent of the time.

“Such a model fundamentally erases transgender people, excluding their concerns, needs and existences from both design and research,” Keyes wrote in The Misgendering Machines, a research paper they published in November. “The consequence has been a tremendous under representation of transgender people in the literature, recreating discrimination found in the wider world. AGR research fundamentally ignores the existence of transgender people, with dangerous results.”

“I couldn't help but be personally, as well as professionally annoyed by the approach that the field took to gender—of assuming these two very monolithic and universal categories of gendered experience,” Keyes told me over the phone. “Pretty much every paper I read did it.”

"We’re talking about the extension of trans erasure"

The bias against trans and nonbinary people was everywhere, from research to suggested applications of the technology. It seemed hardcoded. A 2015 research paper on AGR from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the oldest federally funded science lab in America, suggested people could use facial recognition software to sound an alarm around women’s bathrooms if men got too close. “An operator may be alerted when a male is detected in view,” the paper suggested.

“Precisely why this technology is necessary for bathroom access control is not clear: most AGR papers do not dedicate any time to discussing the purported problem this technology is a solution to,” Keyes wrote in their paper. “The only clue comes from the NIST report which states that: ‘the cost of falsely classifying a male as a female...could result in allowing suspicious or threatening activity to be conducted,’ a statement disturbingly similar to the claims and justifications made by advocates of anti-trans ‘bathroom bills.”

Problems and prejudices like that cropped up again and again in Keyes research. “Three of [the research papers] focused on trans people. Zero of them focused on non-binary trans people, in the entire 30 year history of the field,” Keyes told me.

Machines aren’t value neutral, they act as they’re programmed. “We’re talking about the extension of trans erasure,” Keyes said. “That has immediate consequences. The more stuff you build a particular way of thinking into, the hard it is to unpick that way of thinking.”

Technology is a feedback loop—the values we build into our machines are then taught to anyone who uses it. “So when we build a particular set of values, into new spaces, and new systems, not only we making them exclusive spaces and systems and making it harder to have a world that is more inclusive overall, we're also communicating to people who try and enter—‘this is how gender works, these are the categories that you can live in, this is how your gender is determined,’” Keyes explained. “Any conflict or dissonance you have with that is your problem because this is a faceless machine.”

As facial recognition technology spreads, problems will arise for anyone who doesn’t fit the “norm” the technology was designed to recognize. This is already a problem. In 2018, MIT researchers Joy Buolamwini and Timnit Gebru published research that pointed out the AI running facial recognition software was overwhelmingly trained with white faces and led to an increased number of false positives for any other shade of skin. “A false positive carries different weights, depending on who the subject is,” Keyes explained. When traditionally marginalized groups interact with law enforcement, there’s a disproportionate chance they’ll end up dead, hurt, or in jail.

Keyes doesn’t see a need for any kind of AGR at all.

“Technologies need to be contextual and need-driven,” they said. “What are the values of the people who use the space that you're deploying a technology in? Do the people in that space actually need it? If we're not discussing gender at all, or race at all...it doesn't necessarily lead to a better world.”

They said that one way to solve this problem is to do a better job of teaching social sciences such as ethics and gender studies to computer science students. The more inherent biases are studied, the easier they are to avoid when designing new technologies. “The average [computer science] student is never going to take a gender studies class,” Keyes said. “They're not probably going to even take an ethics class. It'd be good if they did.”
If you'd like to read the research paper of the "genderfucky nightmare goth PhD student" mentioned in the article, you can do so here. Here is what this brave, gender-nonconforming individual looks like.

Why does everything have to be suitable for trans people these days. That only make up around .03 percent of the world population (not counting transtrenders). Trying to cater to this demographic is useless too since they are never fully pleased. At this point, the trans community acts more like a political entity with a desire for power than a group of people with severe mental health issues.

biases programmed into facial recognition software
'biases' such as observable bone structure and facial features

how far are people going to let this shit go? it has to be reigned in at some point. we need a red line with trannies. it's time for them to grow up and accept that their dress-up phase should have ended when they were children

this is such a disingenuous way of framing it:

"killed or injured"
the killed part is under 1,000. the injured part is the other 54k and change. how fucking dishonest
