Guys, lets just call this what it is: a modern day lynching. Except, instead of killing a man's body, they attack his family, his livelihood, his ability to live and walk in polite society. They destroy him utterly, doing everything short of killing him, though if one their victims died from, say, suicide, they probably wouldn't even shed a tear. This whole mentality of "guilty till proven innocent" is really "guilty, and your pleas of innocence don't matter because you will always be guilty". Its no different than the mentality of people who lynched black men in the Jim Crow South. Once they've decided you are guilty, you deserve to be destroyed, and once they realize they can get away with it, they gain a taste for it. Now, this shit won't stop until somebody finally makes it stop. Until punishments and consequences are meted out to those who engage in these witch hunts, it will keep happening. That is why the Vic situation is so important, because somebody finally decided to fight back.

Done. Put it towards the end of the lawsuit portion before the push back against Rekieta.

Okay the major issue is I'm not seeing any archive links for social media when you're introducing the characters involved. ARCHIVE EVERYTHING. NO SHIT IS TOO MINOR. My nitpicks are you say in the opening that Vic didn't sign this chick's yaoi because he's Christian, but I went and read his statements about it, and he said it was because he doesn't sign any non-canon fan material. You also misspell Ethan van Sciver's name through the OP.

Fixed the nitpicks. Got about halfway through the social media archives before archive.fo shit the bed again.
