So recent events have made it clear than everyone on the KickVic side is going to get blown the fuck out so hard in court that they'll get blown the fuck right back in, correct?

It's at the point it's going to be expensive for all involved following Nicky Rackets' own take on the matter as a mean ass lawyer.

That's before it gets to court and it's highly likely it will never get that far. While they're egotistical as all hell, with the way they have behaved once the rubber hits the road they'll collapse like a house of cards in a hurricane.

And that's assuming they don't publicly turn on each other to consume themselves in a cannibalistic orgy as they all try blaming each other for starting it.

The most likely casualty, especially as she and personal friends have benefited from their targeting Vic is the one currently screeching the loudest, Monica Rial.

If you're going to try and damage limit the most, she'd be the first head offered by Funimation in damages for causing this shitshow the most in the first place.

And all this is assuming Sony Entertainment doesn't step in to fix the fuckup.

We don’t know if Vic will file suit yet, or against who. My money is on yes he files against Funimation and their contractors. But you never know until happens. Also as we see with other trials of nerd interest, these take a long time and are often not public. Vic would be likely to settle on his terms. Not lead a crusade into court. That would be in his best interest.

Hanleia basically has a hate boner for him, she admits he's never done anything wrong with her despite shitting on him for years. But Marzgurl took her ranting and linking to a PULL post got the ball rolling.

The VA's have suddenly come out and said they were harassed and to believe them but apparently have pretended to be best buds for 15 years, even hugging on the same day some of the incidents took place.

The article Jesuotaku put up used that fake edited photo around the same time. And we have the Beth Elderkin supposed testimony from all these people.

Then we have Marzgurl having someone come into her mentions saying how they were almost raped in 1987 but purposefully remaining vague and missing or getting details incorrect.

Every time I've looked to see if an allegation is true it's been like trying to grab at a shadow. It's like they wanted to do a smear job but are so stupid they can't even plan that out correctly, it seems to fall apart just under the most casual observation. And then almost everyone above seems to know each other, and people voicing their support of their allegations also have been found to have direct links to them.

And that’s the real evil. None of the allegations seem to stand up to even light scrutiny. But he’s never going to get his reputation back. Even if there is not one provable claim beyond “hugging people standing in line waiting to be hugged” the allegations will still stain him to death and beyond.

If Vic sues her she likely ignores it and gets a default judgement. Or at best she attempts to scrape together a gofundme defense fund to pay the worlds shadiest lawyer. She gets completely and utterly destroyed at deposition. No two ways about it. She is the source of and proof of the legal conspiracy. Her background regarding Jewario offers a competing narrative for why the #kickvic brigade started scalp hunting without cause or reason. At this point the only thing that prevents her life from being utterly destroyed is the mercy and Christianity of the man she just deliberately conspired to destroy without mercy. Because she had “heard stories” and disliked his faith. There’s several rather powerful lessons in there somewhere.

Was a bit tough getting through "Xlover NewmanPro's" video. I couldn't take his name nor his voice very seriously when listening in. But at the very least, he did provide her recounting of the experience against the unedited footage.
