I've been trying to write a sci-fi story where there is a mutation of a skin wart virus. It causes you develop a massive 5lb wart-tumor over the course of a year. If allowed to reach full size, the tumor can be extracted and enough material obtained to cure one person of stage-4 cancer; it is made illegal for doctors to remove the tumors from anyone infected before they are large enough to harvested for the cancer drug. There are a group of people saying that you get infected with the mutant virus, you should be allowed to remove it as its a personal choice, and it doesn't make you a horrible person to refuse to let it grow to harvestable size, even if it means dooming someone to death.

So far I haven't been able to make the wart-removal people sympathetic (to anyone who isn't a libatardian at least) without completely sweeping the morality of their choice under the rug.

Just have it where the wart-tumor causes some kind of complication that, while not life-threatening, lower's the incubator's quality of life and potentially causes severe problems later in life (like auto-immune problems). Also have some group deliberately infecting people with the virus against their will in order to harvest more miracle cure.

It still amazes me how people are too retarded to simplify their opinions into a 280 character limit. All she had to say was "Doctors, nurses, pharmacist don't execute babies. We do our best to care for them, but we can only do so much. Please stop spreading harmful stereotypes."

The Clinton thing is hilarious in a black comedy sort of way; Clinton Derangement Syndrome was at an all time high at the time Monicagate broke, that Clinton was able to spend MONTHS denying it until the cum stained blue dress was revealed to exist. At which point, Clinton had to give up the ghost. And even then, Clinton lucked the fuck out that the nation was doing so well at the time plus the lunacy of his enemies, that he was able to skate on the entire thing.

It also makes for a demented parallel for Trump, in that the lunatic left has gone so far insane with their derangement syndrome, that if they ever DO get a scandal that could topple Trump, they will have pissed off the nation to such an extent that the right and swing voters will get together to tell the left "We don't give a fuck" and let Trump slide on it, because by this point normies are so sick of the lunatic side and their derangement syndrome, that so long as everything is going great for the nation, they don't want to give the frothing at the mouth lunatics the satisfaction of being right.

That's what's happening right now, they're trying to scandalize him with things that pale in comparison to a vastly improved economy/foreign outlook as opposed to 10 years ago and people are so darn optimistic, for the first time in a long time, that, like the techboom 90's, nobody wants to stop the carnival ride because the guy running it may have broken a few zoning laws in setting it up... plus the added hypocrisy that Clinton wasn't so long ago that no one can remember the Dems and their "Oh come on, Executive sex scandals happen all the time in Europe, we should be more like them and not some nation of moral busybodies!" excuse.
