I think that's a little harsh. I don't know how any of us would feel if we were dating someone (no matter how weird or out there they are) and we suddenly got dumped for no apparent reason and that person would never add us back. Unsure about the "Let's go on Kiwifarms to spill everything about them even though they check this thread every hour of the day!" part, but whatever, I'm going to guess he didn't really think this through and needed to vent. Autists don't really have a good notion of what privacy means.
The part that surprises me is that Cosmo is somehow still okay with all of this and wants the guy back though. Any normal person would have definitely cut the bridge seeing someone post "DUDE HE HAS A HUGE DICK" online, regardless of the place, but not Cosmo. Who knows what's going through his head at this point.
My definitive advice for Isaac would probably be to stop talking to Cosmo though. You can definitely find better than "insane high-as-fuck tranny constantly on the verge of mental breakdown and using people emotionally around them", regardless of your sexual orientation.

I think what he said was important because now we at least have first-hand proof of something we've all guessed at for years which is that Narcissa doesn't take hormones. I don't know if my trans friends are special or anything, but the ones who have taken hormones for years have reported decreased penis size and lack of ability to get hard in a functional sexual way. Like their penises will get stiff for sexual arousal, but don't function like a dick would.
So if Narcissa's penis is able to get erect, ejaculate, and is still of decent size; he hasn't been on HRT for the past 3-4 years.

So is it possible that Narci has finally lost the last bit of funds she had and now really has to consider moving back home or at least make some drastic changes? This latest hiatus seems self inflicted and consistent enough to not be another obvious attention grab. The discord is pretty much dead, nobody watches the smash channel, the Patreon is pitiful, and not even this forum seems to really care. Are we officially in the Endgame?

I think it was too close to failing the Smash qualifier not to be related. Cosmo probably thought there was no way he wouldn't get in and it must have taken a toll (or maybe it just compounded to his other many mental burdens and broke the tranny's back). He had a lot riding on that tournament, I think, internally.
Oh no, party's only over when you're dead. I don't think this is it quite yet but he might leave us milkless for a while now.
