Nick's inside sources might be confusing stuff. The last big major recast (aside from when people die) on the Japanese side was for DBZ Kai. Several roles were recast like Nappa, the Ginyu Force, Dende, and more. No big ones like Goku or anything. And of course people who had passed away like Tien's actor and a couple others.

When the dub was done, they took the opportunity to recast many characters now that they had a bigger talent pool. In particular lots of Sabat's roles. Like for example Vic himself got Burter from the Ginyu Force. Also several actors just had to be replaced as they were either no longer in Texas, working on other stuff, etc such as Kid Gohan's voice, Bulma, 18, and more.

Many of these changes have been rolled back however namely lots of Sabat's roles for the video games. For now I'd say it's just speculation or a confusion of several events. There are several voice casts for DBZ in English alone so it's not surprising this happens. And this only really reinforces the idea that all these people are replaceable.

It's worse than that; IE the casting couch is such an engrained part of Hollywood that most older actresses like Meryl Streep actively participate in forcing younger actresses (proverbially holding them down against their will so they can be raped) because "we let ourselves be raped in exchange for fame, so if we had to do it you have to do it" and because, once an actress reaches a certain age/fame, you either stop getting work because studio executives don't want to sleep with you anymore or (like Streep or Judi Dench did) you become a glorified pimp, providing young actresses and young wannabe actresses to the Weinsteins of Hollywood to be raped and molested, in order to keep getting plum roles in their old age.

You forget another aspect of the mainstream attempt to silence all talk of Gamergate at the beginning; the SJW death kult was using Gamergate as a test run for a massive, internet spanning censorship apparatus to be used in 2016 for the benefit of Hillary Clinton and her Presidential campaign.
