Because @MarzGurl has nothing in her life, her attempt at becoming generally relevant failed when people failed to give more than a fuck about #ChangeTheChannel for very long and can't even fucking do something like buying dollar store groceries without crowdfunding it.

Dragonball was recorded in the early 90's, probably using Japanese studio recording equipment which is definitelty state of the art then - but the problem is that the original audio was most likely recorded on the last of Japanese TV broadcasting single-reel tapes and then they've converted to digital format, probably not very well.


Edit: Never mind, I clicked on the link. Toei failed that one rule that makes all the other rules possible - archive fucking everything.

Ummm wow! That is so sad in so many ways. Her income stream was quite literally "get paid for medical experiments". They normally use Hobo's for that. She is a Medical Experiment Hobo. REMEMBER EVERYBODY LISTEN AND BELIEVE! And here we thought that joining Channel Autism and partnering with a serial rapist were the worst life decisions she could possibly make. When the truth is they are seemingly simply par for the course. At least Channel Autism probably paid slightly better than the Hobo experiments.

I'm starting to think Vic's lawyers will not bother suing her. What would be the point? Haul her ass in for deposition and put the fear of Texas Judges in her. But what will suing accomplish? Put a lien on the sale of her YugiO cards? It might actually be more profitable suing her cat.

The prize is not money here. Hell, the lawyers probably would rather settle out of court with a public apology. The goal is to clear Vic's name from these charges. And since none of Vic's accusers will come forward with evidence, his only remedy is to accuse them of defamation in court.

The tiny sum they could get from the private citizens involved is also the reason Vic needs crowdfunding for his legal fees.

But yeah, any lawyer getting paid their normal rates to represent a slam-dunk case isn't thinking "That person doesn't have enough money." They're getting their money anyways.
