Alright so I read through it. Key thing I noticed is a lack of proof that they were running any real ops. It looks like Ralph and Andy pissed her off with throwing her under the bus, she was rightfully pissed because they were dragging her through the mud (and Zoom was especially trying to destroy her), and the active participants were just trying to back her up. That being said, the Miami thing kind of threw me for a loop because it made no sense, really, unless they're talking about being the ones to call in a swatting or something. I sincerely don't get it. but this is not much of a leak, truth be told.

12:25 - Kearsten says that she listened to Gator's advice on what to say with CRP talking bad about her. Gator affirms this
13:30 - There's a screencap of Kearsten being worried that Jim will make fun of her. She gets told in chat to not worry
14:20 - Blood God Butcher (not Zidan) in Discord is upset Andy threw Kearsten under the bus after CRP made fun of him
16:24 - Gator is mad Andy showed DMs to Zoom. Seems like Gator knows Zoom is bad news

Edit: At first I thought Kearsten and "Not An Avi" were the same person. Fixed that mistake on the timestamps. They just sound so similarly uninteresting I had to triple check all my stamps to see which one was talking

This whole mess feels like the freeze frame where Ralph and Andy are in the general lee about to go off a cliff and an old man ponders aloud how the hell they're going to get out of this one.
These guys have enough trouble in their lives, I don't know why they willingly keep doing things like cavort with Zoom for unknown reasons, unless they just really like playing their lives in hard more.

I wouldn't refer to it as ops in the sense that everybody else does. This discord was used to coax Kearsten into not showing that Ralph was texting her and dm'ing her, they guilted her by saying that Ralph and Andy could get hurt/swatted/attacked/whatever in miami if people knew. There are a lot of inferences that something was going on, plus the rash jump to kick @Alister2290 for sharing one part of one message as a joke seemed suspect. The screen shot of her in the last section i edited in showing the leader paranoid that somebody was in there and to dm her if they had evidence.
I just got kicked from the discord. It was already trying to be framed by the host that "she was just having fun" and they were just trying to help Kearsten, but shortly after asking if telling kearsten to hide information that would implicate Ralph, coaxing her with the potential threats to andy/ralph's safety, sharing the personal messages in there for them to see but nobody else, Gator explaing how he would try to get Andy to take the Loss for his own actions, saying he could get her on the Killstream for Ralph to maybe apologize etc.
All that looked suspect. There is more, but I digress.
I would agree with you it's not an Op as we normally refer to them, more likely a wrestling script being written live by a group of select people to kayfabe a story line to the general audeince with the co-host of the event personally involved.
Had I been able to get away with it I would have been in voice chat more. I will be posting follow up videos. Before a lot of this kicked into gear with the Kearsten going on CRP stream, Gator spent hours in that voicechat with a bunch of them. based on the conversation immediately afterwards, it leads me to the conclusion that it was planned.
I used Gay Op in the title, but I explained more in the post.
As far as I know, he wasn't. I never once saw him actually talk in the discord in all the time I was in it

I agree to some extent. It's not a Trout style dox server. What it does show is duplicity with Ralph and Andy regarding the Pinecone chick and could possibly lend some support to the "Ralph is unfaithful" rumor.

well yeah, third video is a scroll through of all the participants. geekthulu, Zaclonbee, El Rariachi, Mr. Motorboat, Tacostansia, Kearsten, Arianna, and Scud are some of the more regular chatters. People like Zyntrax, Zidan, UnderWater Alex Jones, etc. never spoke as far as I can tell.

I recognized one of those names right off the bat, "Virgil Cifer" has been hanging out in the "Mad at the Internet" Discord for a few weeks. I think there may be something deeper going on because this person was specifically trying to get Josh to tell them to kill themselves, at first I thought it was for attention but now it's looking more like it could be tied to this new Gay OPS server (fishing for incriminating messages?):
