Not apropos of a particular cow but the ones who try vegan diets in general...I was talking to a chef friend the other day about vēgan food and I asked how it might work as a diet for fatties. She said it would be hard because the secret to vegan food tasting 'normal' to most people is condiments. Almost all commercial vegan takeout and frozen snack stuff is usually smothered in sauces in an attempt to simulate the flavor of the original. Thus lightly sauteed or baked cauliflower 'fish sticks' become little fat bombs of ranch dressing and tartar, etc. Those condiments do add up after awhile.
That and it's all genuinely rather high carb/high fat = calorie dense. Unless you're doing a low fat/low gi/high fiber vegan thing - so non starchy veggies only - it's reeeaallly not gonna work.

Vegan diets are good for people who are recovering from anorexia or bulimia. You can eat all the fruits and vegetables you want for not many calories. It helps people that are scared of food, see food as not a "bad" thing. Now when it comes to the obese, the vegan diet would never work. The obese see things like sugar filled peanut butter and TV dinners as healthy. Their taste buds no longer work right and they will think fruits/vegetables are gross. Also, in order to be vegan you need to learn how to cook. Most FA's can't be bother to learn how to cook.
 
Vegan works for a while for weight loss because it cuts out a huge amount of fast food or junk food.

However, there are vegan options for that, and the longer you're vegan the better you become at finding them. Once that starts, you're headed back towards your start point.

Edit to add: This is the same as any very restrictive diet like keto, veganism, very low-fat, etc. - initially, you cut out so much of what you're used to eating that you naturally eat less. Over time, you replace what you cut out with allowed foods, and the weight loss slows/stops. Keto has the added benefit of dropping extra water weight too.

I would also question a lot of the 'recovered from my ED because veganism' bunch, especially online. It can often be a way to hide a restrictive diet behind ethics, and it's a very easy way to turn down food that someone offers you. It requires a lot of looking at labels, too. Some of them pretty clearly still have food issues, and rarely talk about actual treatment, ie. therapy etc. I'm not buying it. I don't think many professionals would advise adding further restrictions to what you eat to an anorexic/bulimic.

When you already have a shit diet, your vegan diet will be most likely equally shit. I once tried soya sausages. the amount of oil I had to pour in the pan (half a bottle of cooking oil according to the package), really made me feel dirty. And the success was, that they tasted awful and looked like King Tut's shriveled dick.

And I have seen fat vegans. If you do not switch to eating vegetables and fruits, but stick to the ready made junk stuff and vegan fast food, it is not really a difference.

It's really funny how many times Chantal has failed at going vegan, since she'd probably be able to stick to it if she just ate vegan junk food. She wouldn't lose weight, but she'd be able to say she was vegan.

Every airline I've been on you were required to have your animal in its carrier under the seat or on the chair next to you.

Fat Logic: Oreos are vegan! Therefore I can eat as many as I want!
It’s like saying something is 100 calories and that therefore, you can 10 of that thing and be at 1000 calories. A lot of people who struggle with weight will believe that if a certain food is low calorie, vegan, or fresh, that you can eat as much of it as you want. They forget that you have to actually portion things out even if it’s considered a “healthier” option. I think the best course for someone really fat to lose weight would be to cut out any sugary drinks and eat foods with less sugar in them and substitute the lack of sugar for slightly higher fat intake and high protein. In theory, it would be easy to lose weight through this, but in practice, there would need to be someone there to help reinforce better eating behaviors if the food problems are severe enough. Also, learning to cook healthy food and shop for it would greatly improve chances of losing weight as well.

I just couldn’t stop looking at her thighs. Seeing them move is horrifying. I don’t know why she insists on such short hems for her clothing. Her legs aren’t as attractive as she thinks they are.

Is it just me or do these FA's never ever the type that actually enjoy cooking? They go on and on mentally jacking off to food porn but notice that it's never like, fucking gourmet, farm fresh, intricate and subtle flavors and fresh fruits and veg. They don't love food, they love salt-fat-msg-processed fast food. They have zero interest in learning anything about cooking or creating an appealing, flavorful and healthy meal from scratch. They would never. Kitchens are hot and fat people HATE heat.

They are missing out then. It’s cheaper most of the time and it gives you satisfaction from making something with your hands. Not to mention, with all the standing around you do when cooking, you burn extra calories from that as well, as an added bonus. I understand that not everyone enjoys cooking and that’s fine, but it gives you so much control over what you eat and you learn new skills along the way. Sadly, you’re right most FA don’t want to cook because it requires effort and planning, both of which are things the FA movement is allergic to.

Gotta get paid to get laid I guess. Maybe those two should hookup and see if they can discover new physics since science seems stuck.

Don't you have to work out to test workout gear? Also Anna and Tess love to virtue signal with the trappings of exercise but really they just use work out clothes like spanx. It smooths out some of the more goiterus lumps and bumps but they still look like this....

The waist on these fat girl gym pants keeps getting higher and higher and higher. It's a fupa tuck. Cracked me up when Anna said it doesn't give her the "compression" she prefers.

Anna, look at your poor knees! There is nowhere for the fat to go anymore! You can compress it until you're blue in the face but you can't squeeze 10 lbs of shit into a 5lb sack it's just not possible.

No they don't. Those Grands look fucking awesome. I might very well have sex with a tube of Grands. I would not have sex with her.

But on a side note, I love how in her pictures she looks like a fat box on top of chunky bugle chip thighs when she's not squeezing herself like a damned stress ball to attempt to create a waist.
