Oh, it's Anthy from Utena. She's like Princess Peach, but if Peach was a doormat for Mario and Bowser to push around and mind-fuck. Is not gay in the manga, but somehow is gay in the anine.
EDIT: That's a shit Anthy BTW. Her skin color in manga and anime is much darker.

I've been casually observing this whole mess and it's comical just how fucking desperate these people are.

First of all, allow me to laugh in your face for thinking a man who literally worships a jew is an anti-semite. Second, he made an off-color joke once for which he later apologized, and that's the entire basis of this claim. Third of all, that doesn't mean what you think it means but that's a discussion for another day.
The best part is, all of these claims not only have no tangible evidence (audio, video, etc), but in multiple cases the opposite is true: Several images have been falsely presented or had context fabricated with the actual subject showing up later to share the truth, voice actors he supposedly assaulted making physical contact with him and saying positive things about him in public completely unprompted, and in regards to the homophobe claim, there's a picture one page back of an openly gay man kissing him. Right. Clearly a virulent fag-hater who wants gay panic defense re-legalized.

Reasons why you should sign this petition to have Vic Mignogna removed from the Free! English dub casting:
1. Vic admits to refusing to sign homoromantic pieces of art depicting characters he’s voiced in this video. Someone pro-LGBTQIA or at least tolerant of homosexuality wouldn’t discriminate between art depicting straight or gay relationships.
2.Vic said: “yaoi fans are desperate for attention.”
3.Vic dodges question about whether he agrees with gay marriage. Apparently gay marriage is only okay if everyone has voted for it.
4.Vic desperately tries to deny that two characters (one which he has voiced) are gay by lying about his ability to speak Japanese. He also assumes gay relationships can only be sexual. Clamp is a Japanese manga-artist group that seeks to normalise gay relationships and TVtropes lists many reasons why Fai/Kurogane can be interpreted as a gay relationship, making comparisons with gay couples within Clamp’s canon.
5. While some gay fans have reported that Vic’s been professional with them, others have been disappointed by Vic’s homophobia. One fan reports that Vic called him and his boyfriend a ‘disappointment from God.'

But on a serious note Vic is a good looking dude, I don't doubt he's always been free to be touchy feely on most people without them getting put off. You look at the pics he does with the trainwreck weeb women, and they giggle with excitement. I think most good looking people have that privilege that they don't realize they do, the curve of how the public interacts with you based on your look and attitude is astonishing. A pretty girl could get away basically murder, while a fat train-wreck would be called out in an instant. In short just like we apply different standards to people based on wealth, we might also do it based on their physical features. Vic probably had an easy time getting girls to like him, and felt he was doing the same if not even helping some the girls with their self esteem issues. On the mirror opposite he might've looked like a guy that used his popularity and position to get sex (?).
I'm starting to think that this is quite possibly a misunderstanding that was catastrophically mishandled.

That opinion was pretty common up until Sound Euphonium released in 2015 (Around late 2012-14, they went through a bit of a dark age unless you were a Free fanatic). After that show became known as K-On: The Good Version, they became taken seriously again. Then Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid exploded in popularity, A Silent Voice became huge, Violet Evergarden was an audience favorite (critics were more divided though), and now they have an even bigger reputation than they did when they first showed up. Though not enough to prevent Tsurune from bombing.
Also, I'm having trouble quoting Renfamous's tweet on here, so I'll just say Anime Outsiders sure are persistent, as is people's attempts to get them off of Twitter.
