Sony has the fiduciary duty to its stockholders and investors to specifically NOT defend those not directly employed and expressly indemnified by their corporations. Do you think Funimation was carrying Legal Liability Insurance that covers the independent contractor voice actors for libel and defamation litigation resulting from their personal social media antics? Further you know Sony's lawyers will take one look at this mess and say "Fuck No! The first thing these twits will do at the sign of a lawsuit is turn around and try and claim "Hostile Work Environment" against us. Fuck that. Let them fend for themselves."

Wow! the degrees of unhinged unfettered ignorance are astonishing. Just to put to rest these two brilliant bits of legal and governmental theory;

1. Texas Legislators, like those of most states, are part time. The Legislature is only in session part of the year. Most State Senators and Legislators have other full time jobs. Be they Doctor Lawyer or Real Estate salesman. The only thing they cannot be is Government Employees. Anyone already on the government payroll is expressly forbidden from serving in the Legislature. This is pretty universal in all states. Federal Senators and Representatives are barred from outside employment. (which astonishingly never seems to bar them from outside sources of income. How exactly did Nancy Pelosi become the richest person in the House, when she had about $100k when first elected?)

2. Who puts "Pro-Life Whip in their profile?" A Senator in Texas! If you don't understand why that is there, boy are you ever truly fucked should you be sued in a Texas Court. And boy oh boy just wait till that Texas Judge and Jury hears that your main complaint about Vic is he doesn't want to sign and endorse your gay cartoon fan porn! That's gonna be epic!

3. Marzgurl.... HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!! I start to understand why Marzgurl's career path was "poorly paid test pilot for Medical Experiments". I mean "They aren't Litigation Heavy Hitters"... Wow! Most of their areas of practice are in Litigation you half brained fuckwit! The only parts of their practice that aren't litigation heavy are Equity/Financing, estate planning and Asset Protection. I mean just WTF does she think Business Law is? Or Medical Malpractice? Personal Injury? Employment Law? Do they need to put "WE SUE PEOPLES" in big bold letters on the masthead for her to get the message? They have specialists in Business, Corporate, Entertainment and Employment Law. That's the team that will be seeing to Vic. How is it possible for someone to be this fucking stupid and not require a court appointed guardian?

"Evidence of Vic's actions" There is no evidence, just a bunch of you assholes playing he said she said. The only remotely solid accusations are from Monica and Jamie and they acted shady enough for me to not trust that.

Exactly. Before Sony does anything for them they will just fire all of them and replace them. Like they keep saying in Texas you don't need a reason to fire someone... Just don't mess up like Funimation did and imply that they did something.

I haven't been keeping up with TeamFourStar and what they think of this. I do remember some people saying that one or two members were liking and/or retweeting a couple KickVic posts. But as far as I know no one has made an official statement about the matter.

Him antagonizing retards on twitter is entertaining but he's just making himself and people associated with him look like morons. He isn't doing anything illegal, but if one of the leftists compiles all his tweets and presents them to a judge as evidence of the voice actors being harassed it isn't going to look good.
