Imagine this does get to court. It's seeming likely, especially if one of the companies settle, which will immediately give Vic's legal team as much resources they need to SUE FUCKING EVERYONE.

Imagine a bunch of 500 pound Tumblrinas and BALEEEVE WAMMYNZ male feminists showing up and trying to shout down the Judge, or Vic's lawyers.

Imagine MarzGurl getting led off in handcuffs for contempt of court for disrupting Marchi's trial or somesuch.

Imagine a bunch of hit pieces from the various Journo-activists as they start to realize that oh shit, real life isn't the Twatters. "Why due process is a tool of white supremacy. The only one I am not quite sure how this plays out with is Marzgurl? The others are all bound to Texas in one form or another. So even if Federal Court it will be in Texas. That's where their business occurs. But she is not Texas, I'm not sure of she ever conducts actual business in Texas, and she has a valid argument that she has no assets with which to travel to Texas. She's a poverty stricken moron. I honestly don't think Vic will end up suing her, just because as I said above she is the most pathetic thing you will ever find. And Vic does not strike me as the type to put on his kicking boots and stomp on retarded puppies.

In these sorts of matters 'Official Internal Investigations" literally mean nothing. Show of hands, who thinks the Funimation "investigation" team took any real documentation? Any actual sworn witness affidavits? Got any outside council involved to oversee things? Internal Investigations are not always a strong case. They can be great if the company or corporation has a specific investigative arm, such as a Loss Prevention department. But a small shop multi role HR and Management team? They are so bloody fucked.

It's a corporation. "Official internal investigations" is just a way to make it sound official. They literally could have just got an email and said "nope, too radioactive, fuck that." Or the theory about the SJWs going to Funi and saying "either recast Brolly when DB Super recaps the movie for a season of the anime or recast EVERYONE ELSE and explain to the press why you're defending a pedo sex pest because we quit" was true. Either way, it's bullshit. They're pretending that there's more legitimacy to the thing and hoping no one calls it out. Standard SJW kabuki theater -- see also the SPLC, ADL, etc etc.

Vic's in Texas. Vic's contract is in Texas. The companies involved are in Texas. MarzGurl knew this. Same rules as Mark Waid fucking over Diversity and Comix applies. She'll have to face him in Texas. And if Vic is smart, he'll leave the decision to his legal team, who will likely go after her because:

• Having more targets means KickVic can't pool resources to hire a lawyer for just one or two targets
• Nailing her to the wall will shatter the narrative
• Forcing her to admit wrongdoing will shatter the narrative

The former is good strategy, the latter two will achieve the goal of helping salvage Vic's reputation. "The head of the KickVic conspiracy admits publicly there was never any evidence of Vic's wrongdoing, apologizes" would be just what say, Funi, RT, Viz, etc would need to formally defy the lynch mob.
