Japan = Civil Law
US = Common Law

It's not just a different country, it's a massively different system wherein the US puts a great deal of emphasis on judicial precedent. It's not terribly surprising that these morons don't comprehend things like tortuous interference, because the very concept actually originated from the King's Bench in the 17th century, before crossing the Atlantic.

There's nothing in the Apostle's Creed that says that, and that's pretty much the baseline set of beliefs shared among most if not all Christian denominations.

That said, most denominations do have the "man and a woman" belief whether or not they actually oppose gay marriage in civil society, which not all do.

That said, other than just being Christian and not signing some fujoshit's semi-pedo ship fan art, is there any evidence whatsoever that Vic is homophobic in general or, even if he is, that it's manifested itself in any actual bad behavior? Has he ever said anything hostile to gay people in general or even any specific gay person?

So far as I can tell, even this most basic claim of these nuts is also utter bullshit.

The suit likely will not focus on any sexual assault accusations in the way everyone seems to think. The mighty SJWeebs will not get to prove that Vic is a sexual predator rapist in court. Instead they will get grilled on precisely what direct evidence they have that they used as a basis for each and every defamatory claim they made or posted. Line by line. It will be far more likely to reveal their anti Christian biases on the record, than it will show any sexual malfeasance by Vic.

Mostly silence. Things will likely settle quietly out of court with NDA’s. Here’s something few realize about this sort of case. If Vic is suing the corporations, Funimation or Rooster Teeth, they generally carry general liability insurance to buffer against lawsuits. The insurers will demand the businesses settle and settle quietly. A private apology and a reasonable settlement costs much less than the astronomical cost and public castigation of taking it to trial. The companies will do what the insurers want because A. Their insurance only covers so much, past that is out of pocket, and it’s never enough to cover a trial judgement. And B. folloishly taking it to trial guarantees their future insurance costs are much much worse, assuming they can even get it. (Remember how Gawker died?)

This is what confuses me. Kickvic says they have all this evidence that Vic is a rapist and molester but they just want him blacklisted from voice acting and cons. Why wouldn't these people give this "evidence" to the proper authorities? It's not like dub studios (or whatever they are called) are going to get him to do his lines from the prison phone. He's not going to get a day pass to go to cons.

The reason the Phoenix Wright reference is funny is that one of the major, overarching themes in the games is "don't make up evidence, find the truth!" Nick gets disbarred when he presents forged evidence, and the story lines mostly resolve around finding faults in the evidence of unscrupulous prosecutors who make shit up! Even if you know literally zero about law other than what you learned from playing Phoenix Wright or watching the anime, "don't forge evidence" should be one of the things you would pick up.
