Who here thinks the written confession is Vic exchanging texts with Monica about an affair they were having? I ask because the thought crossed my mind. Vic is much more handsome and clearly masculine, he stepped between Ron Soy and Monica REEEal, he has much more self esteem than Ron. I honestly could expect Vic was banging Monica - with consent - and this guy came across some flirty texts from Vic on her phone. Monica seems the type to throw Vic under a bus to keep a good thing going, plus get some friends of her jobs and cement her authority, but admittedly I have no idea what the fuck Ron has to offer... maybe Vic wouldn't commit and she's getting too old to marry for people with self worth so she settled for Ron.

I just would laugh so hard if that's the written confession this douche has been going on about. I want the judge to read those texts, smirk, remark it's consensual and then it's in public record that this guy is legally a cuck.

The question there is whether it's a legitimate affair or if they were doing it while she was not in any other relationships. It WOULD be bad for Vic if the relationship was against Christian dogma, at least for his own family.

Only thing I can't stand about Hero Hei is his livestreams. It's hard to even watch/hear what's going on in them. The last 2 I tried to watch his "alerts" that go off when someone donates, subscribes, or anything like that were constantly going off and he would either stop talking or try to talk over them. It was a huge mess.

And I say that as somebody who's at least mostly on Vic's side, until I see evidence that forces me not to be.

I'd say my favorite and the most trustworthy Youtubers to cover the Vic situation are the ones who are mostly neutral like Lost Pause and Clownfish TV aka the ones who don't get into too much Twitter drama over it (didn't YellowFlash delete his entire Twitter feed at one point?), the ones who only make occasional videos about the situation, and ironically the two that Mike Toole called Nazis.

The ones more involved with #IStandWithVic are hit and miss, but I will say Hero Hei is my favorite of the bunch. I heard he got into some drama regarding his misrepresentation of Furry Potato, but otherwise he's tackled some things related to this drama that the other Youtubers don't mention like Funimation getting more involved with their Reddit, and he's fairly stable personality-wise from what I can see. Though seriously, how many karate gis does he have?

And no, there is absolutely nothing remotely unethical about such a notification. It is a bit terse, but the less said the better. Any formal communication will be more detailed.

It is quite simply putting potential defendants or witnesses on notice and giving them an opportunity to behave themselves. They cannot be heard to complain later that they were blindsided by legal processes they had no way of knowing about.

The situation does require people like him since this entire mess can taint people's perception of things. However, people like are often safer since the situation could turn for the worse, and it might affect them the least. Personally, I'm baffled and amused one side have taken things far enough to be considered the bad guys. While the other one has remained skeptical about it and demanded proof. If the evidence does come out and prove to be correct then this might take a turn for the worst.
