Someone either Doxed Vic or obtained his information somehow but earlier today pictures of his criminal record were circulating online and they came up clean. He had nothing on his record. The account that originally posted them got nuked so this is the only version still out there as far as I know.

Also someone found pictures of Vic pulling the hair of another VA and kissing her. It was all done in fun as they were both posing for the pictures. If this isn't something the KickVic side wasn't already using as evidence I wonder how long it will be before they take the pictures remove the context at the bottom and then try to use it as evidence.

I don't think the book is exactly news though. You simply have to look through human history to see that Men took care of enemies or rivals generally through tests of skill, strength or duels to the death, overt action.

Conversely, you look to Women and see generally their modus operandi for taking care of rivals and enemies was spreading rumor, dissent, or in some cases poisoning, covert action.

The only difference is, in the social media age, covert action has had it's power multplied a thousandfold, whereas things like challenging someone to a fistfight or duel to the death for insulting someones honor is either looked down upon, mocked, and outlawed in modern society. Notice how even a simple debate is too "problematic" an overt battle of arguments?

It's part of the reason I think we live in a Matriarchal age, despite the media yelling at you constantly that Women are more oppressed than ever.

Only thing I can think of that could bring it into Federal court is the anti-christian angle, where they argue all the causes of actions arose directly as a result to harm someone for being in a protected class (religion). I think going for the anti-christian argument could be an interesting side strategy. But I am not from the US so I could be 100 % wrong. Here is my thought. We come back to GoFundMe terms of service. Quote:

Also the whole thing so far makes one thing pretty clear. One side consists of drooling idiots and the other side of people that are actually capable in their profession. Just keep in mind that the streams von Rick were a huge benefit to gather the needed attention for the fundraiser. It also seems to be a major reason why the KickVic side lost so much support. And at another angle: It pushes pressure on the other side.

The same with the lawyer tweet. "We will be in touch.". Most of the supporters of Vic seem that they want the lawsuit to happen. This single tweet showed them: Its going to happen. And this again works brilliantly for Vic. It puts more pressure on the other side and it gains attention - thus supporting the fundraiser. Its furthermore used as a "Gatcha" moment, increasing the support for Vic again since most people dont want to ally themself with such retarded people.

I'm about halfway through and its already clear that this book was born of a kind of malevolent hatred which would make any moral human recoil in disgust. The absolutely sociopathic glee at the prospect of annihilating a human life by drowning it in suffering drips from every page and it makes me feel unclean. This is the kind of sensation you experience when reading through the works of mad killers and torture enthusiasts, and I know that the end result will be a tide of torment and death.

The ethical obligation is to find the author and root out this evil with righteous vigor.

It can be considered as an exposé depending on context. I know I would like to get my hands on handbooks about CIA operations and techniques to better inform myself. If I ever get into a leadership position or a candidate to it I would also like a copy of Machiavelli's The Prince. Ok bad example, Machiavelli is not really evil just practical. Mein Kampf gives you a glimpse into the mind of a deranged psychopath. Aside from curiosity you would understand why the Allies wanted him to be in charge of Germany during the war up to the end. We need to be better informed about things so we don't fuck up like these fine messes that keeps on tweeting instead of getting legal aid.

Edit: Skimmed through the book. These are tactics an uneducated trailer trash will use. The remedy for this is a good helping of judicial use of litigation. Gone Girl is a better manual about total life destruction than this because it also includes how to make physical evidences no matter how they stretch the feasibility of it and I haven't even watched the movie yet. But I don't know if the Gamers are Dead articles were connected directly to Quinn, and I don't know if the GJP mailing list organized the Gamers are Dead articles, or if that was a separate SocJus organization effort.

If the true believers had waited another year or more to make their play, 4chan / Reddit would have been completely subverted, TB would have been too busy dying of cancer to get involved, MundaneMatt would have probably given up on YT instead of covering and being DMCA'd over it, Milo would have moved on to greener pastures, et cetera. We would have seen a situation like comics, where if you don't espouse the virtues of Social Justice you just don't get work, period.
