Is it true that Todd outed himself? Is it possible that Todd can defend himself with that information out?
Outed that he's got a lawyer, or outed that he slept with Pridemore? He's been upfront since she first accused him that they had sex together, which was weeks ago, he said it wasn't rape.

She genuinely seems to think that winning in the court of twitter will supersede a court of law. Also, they can try to leverage the fact these lawyers are casually shooting the shit as much as they want, but the fact that Ty is confident enough to come on Youtube and talk about this already should really make them think about how much of a slamdunk this will be in his eyes.

Her saying that this constitutes encouraging harassment could potentially destroy her claim of sexual harassment.

It's definitely something to ask on cross examination if she has any claims of "harassment" that she has a completely bizarre idea of harassment that is completely at odds with the law.

Jamie Marchi seems to be more insane than Rial. At least Rial seems quiet as it starts to sink in that she's in trouble but Marchi is just batshit nuts.
I think Rial just shoved her arm up Ron's ass and works his fingers on twitter instead of doing it herself, she seems like the type to throw him under the bus when shit gets too tough.

I propose #AbsoluteHabVic, pronounced "havoc". Kinda stupid but I think it can be pulled off
Points for creativity, but it doesn't have the simple ring to it that #KickVic does.

I'm not even sure they're winning in the court of Twitter anymore. This has massively backfired on all of them at this point.
How many viewers and likes does this stream have, again? Meanwhile Marchi seems to get 10 or so likes at most.

It's actually shocking how many people think Vic is super stupid to go to court. They think Twitter accounts with large follower counts is equal to real life evidence or something. It's fucking bizarre.
