I REALLY need Phil to limp his way through three more years of this shit. I need to see him celebrate 40 on stream by himself blowing that damn party favor and playing BLOPS Royale and maybe possibly rocking his Sonic hat. This is something I want to experience, but I'm not willing to pay for it.

My B-Day dessert prediction is that Kat will either make some type of simple cupcakes or cookies, OR she'll buy him an ice cream cake.

Because I'm nice, and because DSP reads these forums, I will give him an actual honest-to-goodness no sarcasm idea.

April 6th is NXT Takeover and April 7th is Wrestlemania. Why don't you do a stream where you both play WWE2K19 and give live commentary/reactions to those two shows? You can even turn Wrestlemania into a 7 hour "marathon".

Looks like Phil's ready to put another small dent into his tax burden. This also helpfully confirms that Phil, who is totes worried about losing his WAkhando, is heading on a vacation to CT the 2nd week of April. You know, as one does when facing selling your dream middle unit condo "home".

He's bleeding these piggies dry, we already know superblindman can't contribute anymore of his disability income and he was about 10% of last marathon's take-in.

I just can't see this one making nearly as much especially because the Sekiro hype will have calmed down by then and it made Phil the majority of his money from the first """marathon""".

Can't wait for some fun, exciting, and stale CHILL Blackout and MW gameplay!

This is the day before his birthday, right? So, immediately following this marathon is the "Birthday Week", a full week so that the "festivities" can be stretched out. He can't have both, can he?

He claims to have learned what viewers wanted from the last marathon. So, Sekiro and whichever FPS Battle Royale he was playing at the end. Sekiro had a higher interest cuz people wanna watch DSP struggle with a difficult game. They'd return even without the hype of a new release. Writing this out, it may be that Sekiro and FPS Battle Royale X had the most "contributions" cuz the former opened the marathon, and the latter closed it.

I'm not counting that random SantaClausInSummer guy who also tipped $100+ in the last run because I think his real identity is one of those 4 I mentioned above

For this April Begathon, SuperBlindman is likely out of his disability money as he also has to cover the medical fee for his wife's surgery, and I do hope his wife recovers and this man can stop donating to a greedy pig instead spending money on his family

PlanetJeff doesnt show up often but when he does he leaves usually at least 50 dollars in tip, most recently he donated $600+ to Phil in that Minecraft stream so as good as he has been as a paypig, i doubt he has extra money to donate now in big amount. Interestingly, he too lost his wife in illness last year thats why he disappeared for a bit, RIP to that lady

FlyBeast usually tips between $30-50, but he has reached that triple digit i believe once in the past, he usually doesnt say much, and he last appeared about a few streams before the first begathon and tipped Phil $50, it is possibly he will show up, probably for another $50

Rob Warren, rather than a big one time donator, is a consistent donator who donate between 10-20 dollars almost every other streams Phil does, he usually shows up more in the night stream so he could be a last boost for Phil toward the end of his Begathon, I dont recall seeing him tipping more than $50 per tip though

Henk also doesnt always show up but when he does, he leaves at least $20 tip, as evident by his recent donation in Phil's Sekiro play where he donated $50, he also never tipped more than $50, to what I can recall

As for some of the other regular big donators, Swagginz seems to have semi jumped ship and only throwing 50-200 bits here or there, he doesnt tip; Same for GoldenColt and JonCtheThird, who mostly do small cheers but multiple times to get attention; Android_X is a troll cheerer who only cheering bait questions


To summarize, Phil will probably need a miracle to the size of Tutankahman or Emerald7 to get a successful Begathon Part 2, as I would predict the depleted Whale wallet has not got enough time to recover in time

@N0thingICanDo one thing to consider is that this will be after the 1st of the month, so people will have gotten paid. I think you've hit on the major likely big tippers (don't forget Merdok/Murdoch as well--he dropped $100 during the marathon), but the question will be whether they had to spend their money on their own bills. I could see Phil getting another $1000, but I'll be more than a little surprised if he tops the 1st "marathon" by any significant amount.

Probably depends on if Planetjeff decides to show up again. Regardless, Phil still needs (according to his own words) around $2000-$4000 more to make his goal.

It's the bolded part. Phil always gets a majority of his money during the prestream and the first 30-60 minutes of whatever he's playing. And in the "marathon", he got a small uptick toward the end because he just flat-out started begging for him by repeatedly asking for the last minute donations. I'm working on the tips, so I should have a better breakdown before long.

I know it isn't worth asking, but why is pretending he never did a marathon before? Indy marathon, Christmas marathon, Halloween marathon, one of his 3 Patreon ideas is doing marathons. He's also done "efforts to raise funds" for taxes multiple times though i'm sure he wants fans to forget that. He even did one last year and turned around and tried doing it again shortly after just like this. It's just funny and baffling he decided for no reason this was his first marathon.
