The brilliant thing is, it only takes one of them to screw up in court (edit: or deposition) to make the house of cards fall apart for all of them when they parrot an inconsistent story. ...assuming they're even capable of that.

Seems like jessie reopened her twitter because shes putting on a facade, she clearly doesn't want to appear weak (which was already thrown out the window when she nuked it the first time) so now shes going to have back n forth's with people poking her with a stick till she gets served, same with big mouth Jamie, my guess anyway<--.

She deleted her GoFundMe tweet too, lol. But the GFM itself is still up.

Is having no backup plan and constantly moving the goal post a common trait of lolcow? First it's 'they won't sue it's a scam' then 'they have no case the evidence are right here' now it's 'harassment and I'm innocent until proven guilty' as well as 'they'll lose if they sue'.

Don't they have an inkling of what would happen if they fail? Even if their reality is warped beyond repair and they really believe they would win if it's go to court shouldn't it still be better if they seek legal advice from someone who's qualified? What good is there from having no fall back when everything blow up in your face?

Watching the stream from last night now, I was busy all day and night yesterday and pretty much got home and fell in bed. Fucking. Amazing. Ty Beard and Nick Rekieta make a great duo for conversation. I'm looking forward to the post-Ty rants by Nick I read about too.

Got some coffee and chilling while I enjoy watching this. I fucking love this. This, as has been said before, the most amazing timeline.

That was really difficult for me to find, its got his address, PO box, pics of the office and everything. Definitely didn't take me all of 1 minute on google to find it on a public database.

This is what happens when you are part of this BS "Right side of history/MeToo" movement. Amazing these people can figure out how toilet paper works.

Even if vic is 100% guilty and is gonna lose its STILL gonna cost alot of money if you want legal represetation so I have no idea why people are excited to get sued by someone, especially when you apparently have so much "evidence" to have taken him to court before any of this happened

Shane is such a ray of sunshine. You can almost smell those rainbows of optimism every time he makes a soy fart. Sony ain't gonna do shit beyond a CYA to insure absolutely nobody involved in this has a tie to the corporate core that could involve them. And if such a tie does exist to get rid of it as fast and expeditiously as possible. Funimation is on their own and the VAs are expendable pawns.

The day that the VA's get their lawsuits handed to them by a sherriff is my most anticipated day of the year. The massive tidal wave of soy soaked salt will be a sight to behold.

I expect many of "I'm literally shaking right now" tweets in the near future. Beard himself said that "it has already been filed."

Rule 9000: Don't mention your evil plans unless you have a power level like Shane here cause he's too stupid to even know the laws from an actual Lawyer and try to Google it online like a dumbass he is.

And he brought this to himself and the other voice actors. Not Vic, and definitely NOT Todd. Also, Vic will use KiwiFarms thread on the case to make sure the backstabbers don't try to lie in court and admit they said what they said. Including the saved URL links and screencaps from many users who exposed their BS. Either way? I'm afraid they might get what's coming to them in the upcoming weeks.
