Hopefully it'll work fine and I won't have to split it into separate images for it to work proper. That'd be annoying and I am lazy.

There were more stupid tweets by him, but I picked the most interesting-looking ones. Like him claiming there are confessions. He naturally didn't say what Vic confessed to and actively refuses to say.

So, just like the stream. Nothing changed with this man. I envy his ability to weather embarassment and not budge in the slightest.
I see Shane doesn't realize that unless Vic sues them directly or someone on the #kickVic side accuses them for letting Vic remain employed, Sony isn't going to get personally involved.

How likely is it that Shane is like the #kickvic version of Yellow Flash, where even the diehards cringe and are saying 'you're not helping'?

I'm thinking even they'd be aware he's sperging, but as long as he's on their side then it's OK. While with someone like Yellow Flash people are more than happy to tell him to fuck off and shut up because he's making whoever he's ostensibly trying to support look bad.

It's fun that if you're on the SJW side you can tell the most outlandish and brazen lies about your opposition, claim moral purity and secret knowledge and bluster all you want, and it's fine. But the moment anyone points out that you're not tethered to reality, or actively hurting people, or even just looking foolish, you're harassing them and assaulting them with your words.

They seem to not see the level of hypocrisy there, let alone how drooling idiots making up nonsense actually hurts them, even if they're saying exactly what they want to hear. It's the black and white 'us = good, you = bad' reductive thinking that I always wonder if you can break them out of to maybe not be so exceptional. It never seems to work directly, though - you can lead them to the water, but you can't make them drink, as Jamie's Twitter demonstrates.

These morons still think that every rando on Twitter is gonna get to testify about their fantasy if Vic sues select defendants.

I'm honestly done laughing at them and pointing out where they're wrong. It's gotten old. They're in a logic loop. It's sad.

I'm anxiously waiting on laughing them when litigation drops.

"Dealing with lawsuits greatly inconveniences the victim."

FFS. What is wrong with you, Kyle Cross?

Not inconvenienced as much as having your entire livelihood, reputation and everything you have worked for for decades destroyed because some thots on Twitter thought they'd flex a bit.

As Tyberius Beard III said, it's because they've been allowed to get away with this behaviour for so long that they've never had to face consequences for this kind of bullshit. This eventually breeds a mentality that the only consequences are against the "bad people" that they choose. Blissfully unthinking that if this tactic can work on someone like Vic (who seems to have nothing in terms of solid evidence against him) it can begin to be used on anyone.

Aside from being really fucking stupid, their echo chambers are starting to bite them in the ass if you look at the information they're going on. I don't mean the lies or half-truths they're spreading themselves, I mean the outdated or plain wrong information they're still holding up as fact and that's actually starting to hurt them. They still think the firm Vic hired doesn't deal in litigation - addressed in Nick's video. They still seem to think Funimation/Sony are obligated to bail out their employees, because that's what mortage companies do - addressed in Nick's video. They still think the internet gossip will do Vic in, eventhough Nick and Ty laid out why it's close to worthless. And so on. But they refuse to watch those videos, because they're "gross". They deny any piece of information that has not been predigested by their peers on social media, and if anything gets through to them they think it's a lie from the opposition, because that's what they themselves would do. Ironically, the only person who ever gave Monica and her posse good advice was Nick, "the alt-right blackface Youtube lawyer", when he told them to shut the fuck up and get a lawyer.

I wonder what the next goal post is gonna be when people get served papers and realise that their thousands of victims cant do anything. Probably something about how the justice system is unfair and hurts victims. Honestly I cant wait for this to go to court and these fuckers deal with the consequences, even if its just financially. I also hope vic comes out of this okay cause I can only imagine how messed up he is right now

Once they get served, they will ignore the papers, thinking it fake papers to scare them into backing down on Twitter. Then I suppose a warrant will go out.

Why would you listen to a racist alt right lawyer? Everyone knows that hating the blacks makes your law expertise null and void. In fact your licence to practice actually disappears when your racism is revealed.

Then they will say that alt right cops are trying to find and silence them somehow. Ahhh... to be this delusional

It's all identity politics. They'll stand by liars who have been proven wrong.

Of course, its so deep that they can't even comprehend that the other side has an argument and they have nothing other than #listenandbelieve

and they can't even comprehend the sheer costs of lawsuits... although I'll admit, neither can I but in the sense that its always too high.

More pages every time I’m on break, just curious though, which side is Todd Haberkorn on?

No the entire thing is an elaborate troll. Ty Beard is an actor in a fake office, the police officers there are actors just playing police officers, and they will kidnap you like in that Gamergate SVU epsiode. That's what they needed the $100,000 for, the studio, the uniforms, the props, the actors, the cop car.

Assuming they acknowledge the papers as legitimate, my guess is that the new refrain will be that the case is completely meritless and will be dismissed sua sponte by the court because of a bunch of irrelevant reasons. They'll get Shane and their best Google lawyers to spread that around.

His own. Using the same lawyer as Vic.

I have heard they might not really like each other, but they've kinda had to ally together to fight a common enemy.

It's almost an anime plot.

My God... you cracked the code

I feel that if anyone wants to know how pricey and damaging the most ridiculous of lawsuits can be you can just look at the lolsuit. Though i have to ask, what should we call this (very likely) mass suing spree that vic and todd are gonna be involved in?

Even their guns are fake and so Ron Soye and Jamie Machi should totally try to grab them when they come to arrest them for ignoring the subpeonas.
