Tom mentions it in one of his live streams 2hrs 20min, and a little after that in the "Lion Entering the Liars Den" video to be exact.

According to Tom he's sending Russ the information on his case and Russ is adding the legalese and citing the case laws. He also apparently told Tom he's a paralegal instead of being honest that he's a leper in the legal community and is actually cleaning toilets.

I feel sorry for Russ' roommates. They're probably some young college or freshly graduated kids who had a buddy dip out of the lease to go live with a girlfriend. Despite the fact he's an asshole, I don't recall him ever getting bounced for not paying his share of the rent/bills. Unlike a lot of the cows here, he doesn't seem to have a complete aversion to working, yeah he expects special treatment, like when he wanted off three hours early to catch the bus, but he's not against the reality that he has to have a job.

He gets evicted because he's a creepy asshole. He's gotten kicked out for creeping on the landlord's sister for one. He's moved out on his own because the landlord moved someone else into a spare room and didn't ask Russ. He didn't get he had no say in it since it wasn't his property. Oh he has, but the real reason he got kicked was because he's insufferable. He's gotten fired and evicted because he won't shut up about her and expects special treatment because of his "plights." He got canned from a law firm because he used a database that's only accessible to law firms to look up info on someone connected to TS. That pretty much blackballed him from the legal field because A) those things cost money and B) it's a MASSIVE liability if he uses a law firm's resources to harass someone.
