The same probably applies here. Once these people get their lawsuits, they'll bow down to Funimation/Sony, who may or may not represent them, and if they don't, then they're on their own if Vic sues them.

They really are doing the same thing aren't they? Trying hard to prevent the lawsuit instead of preparing for one is within the possibilities since Ron has been implying that he'll ''reveal the skeleton in the closet'' if the lawsuit happens.

When you turn your head and squint, it's not entirely wrong. Vic leveled a lawsuit at them. They ignored it. Police come in to take them in. Thus Vic is indirectly responsible for getting the cops sent to their house.

Jamie is actually morphing into an NPC. She's even using the "Teehee I am strong wommens who don't need the men to tell me what to do." Lines and it's amazing.

Except Nick's advice was "If you're telling the truth, shut up and get a lawyer because Vic has hired some bad hombres to sue you for your comments" over and over.

Now it's become "Fuck you, I hope you have to crowdfund ramen you utter morons because I fucking warned you."

In this case the career has already been destroyed. The only remedy that can help to even repair the damage is public admittance of wrong doing. Admitting to the civil conspiracy and forcing all these fuck wits to go on a social media apology tour. The truth has to come out and vindicate one side or the other before there can be any settlement
