He was clearly intending to entrap him, which is in clear violation of basic ethical principles, and was entirely unrepentant for his actions. I used to frequently watch Rackets, because I thought he was funny and overall a wholesome guy, but stopped almost entirely after that stream and his refusal to admit that what he did was scummy. He seems to be going down the rabbit hole of internet tism, and from the albeit limited content I've seen of his his moral standards and professionalism seem to be devolving.

And just to cut off every response that "Donga is a scumbag who deserves getting shit on," no he doesn't, at least not by Nick. Just because someone's a scumbag doesnt mean you need to devolve to their level. Also, I find it quite interesting that Nick was perfectly fine to admit on the Doug Tenapel stream that he entrapped Donga, but not to Donga on his own stream. Real courage and manliness there Rackets.

One of the key tenets of being non biased is to provide someone you dislike with the opportunity to present a cogent defense, and you can't really do that when you've provided somebody with about a second of notice. And it's clear he was trying to do that because he spent about 20 minutes trying to get Tonka to say he'd speak with Andy. It shows that he was planning to run with this.

The non Christian part is the retribution for somebody wronging you bit, which Rekieta and his defenders consistently bring up as justification. And yes, a massive amount of Catholicism fundamentally deviates from Christs and Saint Paul's vision of Christianity, including what you just mentioned.

As for him changing his approach, how far have you gone back? I was mostly referring to him increasingly taking on non legal topics and focusing on drama. Sooner or later this shit will get to him too, just like it did Ralph, Warski, and the rest of IBS. Sooner or later some speed will start trolling him into insanity

Being 'Fee of Bias' is different from 'letting the accused proclaim their guilt because they contradict themselves'. Should he not press an advantage when there is one? Have you not ever heard of judges asking and pressing to get the truth?
Nick treated Tonka really well during that entire thing, through all the bs that Tonka spewed, but it was clear that Tonka was going to bugger himself one way or another since he kept digging his own hole.

As for the Christian stuff, all I can do is shrug. I honestly don't see how it matters, since different denominations are all still Christian IMO. It's No True Scotsman to the extreme, just as any other religious differences. Could be worse; he could really like Old Testament god, who's like a slightly douchier version of the Greek gods, but without putting his divine D everywhere like Zeus did.

I went as far back as his madcucks lolsuit. I'm still going through that slowly, while mainly kept up to date on his more recent stuff. Rekieta almost immediately sent Warski the link, who then sent it to Keemstar and Zoom. The Zoon bit is even more egregious because Zoom then proceeds to dox Dongas grandmother live on stream.

Why do you believe that interviewers have to be objective observers.? Especially lawyers, who basically interview people both in and out of the courtroom for a living (and whose job often involves laying traps for the other side to walk into)?

I think there's a high likelihood that Nick will eventually turn into a cow, but the potential for gotcha moments is very much part of his appeal for many viewers at the moment. Look at all the comments which are about wanting to see Vic's accusers flayed in court. Nick's running with that even though it's not the most likely outcome here. He knows his audience well and is going out of his way to give them what they want at the moment.
