I honestly am not sure if either will be directly sued? Both seem more likely to be brutally ass raped by the Amazons as witnesses. Shane is desperately trying to get himself named as a party in any litigation. But I still think he is a non-entity, with no influence and no actual direct knowledge of anything. And did we ever determine does Ron have some ties to the industry? Is he some party to Funimations investigation? If not he’s just another overblown Twitter shit stirrer. Make him bear witness against his lying THOT. He’ll be saddled with her judgements the moment he says “I do”.

That said, depositions are often filmed these days so it's possible those could be introduced into evidence in an eventual trial. Whether they'd be publicly available would depend on the extent to which Texas law seals victim testimony regarding sexual assault and whether the alleged assault even meet the bar for "sexual assault" to begin with.

Not for the Vic stuff, but they do keep impuning the reputations of the attorneys involved and that could get ugly.

We don't know whether this will ever get to court. It will be quite a long way off if it does. It may not even get to discovery, though.
