Wow, what an utter cunt.
Look at those jerks waiting for evidence. Complete monsters.
As far as we know, no. But we should expect something soonHas a lawsuit officially been filed out yet?
At least he was nice enough to power level really hard.
I thought the same thing while browsing said thread."I'm holding judgement on this thing until all the facts come out."
"WELL, POSTING PRIVILEGES REVOKED. AND LET THAT BE A LESSON TO ANYONE ELSE WHO DISAGREES WITH ME,"
Christ it's like a less visually pleasing ResetEra.
...Huh, Anime Matsuri is really going all in on this. Can't wait to hear how that plays out if it happens.A couple of things in TUG's stream,
1. Anime Matsuri made another $50 donation saying that they approve a picture with several people from #AnimeGate and Vic Mignogna. Of course take this with a huge grain of salt seeing as this is likely just a social media representative.

2. He's up for burning the DAMN book we all laugh at.
The premier Western Dragon Ball discussion forums everyone.
Within the first few posts, no less.
How many communities and industries have these fools burned down now? Yet they never seem to realize that all their victories do is make their own selves and fellows unemployed and unemployable. With CTC they somehow managed to completely not effect the Walker brothers, who simply ignored them, but instead burned down their own feeble income streams as they shattered their one common link to the paying thirsty dweebs. “Can anybody crowdfund my rent and cat food y’all?” The same thing is about to come crashing down on their heads over in Comics. There is serious talk of Disney shuttering Marvel and moving it all cross country and either in house, or subcontract it out to more professional providers. Yet another home these Dangerhaired Dweebs burned down around themselves.
Sean Schemmel made an account there and basically had a shit-talking back and forth between a now banned member over his rendition of Dragon Soul when Kai was the hot new shit at the time. The premier Western Dragon Ball discussion forums everyone.
Now to just wait for VegettoEX to get #MeToo'd and the forums to implode.
Nobody reacts to "wait for evidence" like that without something to hide.
Anyone got any tales of that place?
Something that was mentioned on last night's stream with the Amazons was that, while they appreciate all of the info that they're getting, nobody from the Beard Harris firm will probably respond privately to anyone who contacts them about the case, because of the possibility that it might actually be someone they're suing.
I've heard really bad things for like, five years. A few Dragonball fans i know often shittalk the site and make fun of the people there, I think it's rather infamous and full of diehard Dragonball autistsAnyone got any tales of that place?
For anyone interested, there's a lot of hilarious and face-palm stuff over in this thread about all of this.

As I understand it, if anything were privately discussed between someone (Ron, for instance) and them, that someone could potentially claim later on that they were speaking under an assumption of privileged attorney-client communication. That could put them in a position where they had a conflict of interest, and/or where they could no longer properly represent Vic without committing a breach of ethics.
For that reason, I would anticipate that any communication would either be public (the tweet Ty Beard sent to Ron was fine), or else it'll come in the form of legal papers filed and served. They'll happily listen to Ron's voicemail message (assuming he actually called and left one), but they won't return his call. They could enter into discussions with Ron's lawyer, if he had one. But they won't talk to him; not privately anyway.
Hopefully I'm not botching this too badly. I know you're probably reading this, Nick! Be gentle and correct me if I'm wrong.
Yeah, a buddy of mine is a regular over there. Flat out said it's impossible to discuss it because Dangerhairs have swooped in and colonized the forum, and everyone's afraid to disagree with them out of threat of being kicked.
Tacking on because I can't believe I still remember this shit. This is the guy who Schemmel got into with.Sean Schemmel made an account there and basically had a shit-talking back and forth between a now banned member over his rendition of Dragon Soul when Kai was the hot new shit at the time.
Solarmax420 I believe his name was there. He only posted a few times publicly before abandoning it.
They also have one of the members who worked on the Faulconer Productions score for the dub (Scott Morgan). He's a super chill dude and a really good insight into the stuff that went on at the time as well as some general music related stuff. Also has a YT with some decent original material.
I'm beginning to wonder if Rial has retained counsel and hasn't told her Soye Boye cuck about it since she has gone radio silent and yet the white knight hasn't. Soye Boye should think really hard about this, as his future wife* might be trying to save her own arse while at the same time throwing him under the bus. This and the fact that he'll likely be compelled to testify against her...wow, that relationship is doomed. At the end of all of this cucky won't even be in the cuck corner.
*It's not going to happen
She's also a Texas resident...
?
I don't think Ron is anywhere near that smart, and the lawyers aren't dumb enough to fall for it anyway.OR, and this is just conjecture on my part......Ron is trying to bait the lawyers into doing exactly what you described could potentially happen.
