1. Anime Matsuri made another $50 donation saying that they approve a picture with several people from #AnimeGate and Vic Mignogna. Of course take this with a huge grain of salt seeing as this is likely just a social media representative.

It was more than apparent pattern all KickVic side has been showing me so far are bunch of self-serving passive-aggressive hypocritic mouthbreathers with tendency to tweet out series of outburst when their views are challenged. The irony is the moment when they get accused of sexual assualt, they claim that accuser is lying.

They're Marxists -- either literally in the case of some particularly exceptional individuals, or indoctrinated in Cultural / Identity Marxism as useful idiots in the case of others. As someone pointed out in ComicsGate, to certain sects of Marxism -- Maoism I believe -- what they're doing makes perfect sense.

If they subvert an institution to their own benefit, then awesome, they now have an institution that works for them. If the institution resists and they burn it to the ground on their way out, then awesome, they have denied an institution to the enemies of the party. Either way, they come out ahead, or their enemies come out behind.

And Identity Marxists consider Straight / White / Males to be the enemy.

Got a video game industry that a bunch of SWMs like? Subvert or destroy it. Comics? Subvert or destroy it. Anime? Subvert or destroy it. That i s the mindset of some of the SJWs. Straight White Men like these things, so they must be inherently bad (otherwise the Straight White Men wouldn't like them) or they must be "fixed" in order to indirectly "fix" the Straight White Men who enjoy them.

The only winning move is to throw these fuckers out the second you detect their Commie bullshit brewing -- but it's hard, because as mentioned before, these types don't believe in money, and they're subsidized by other commies and daddy's credit card, so they work for peanuts and do the shit jobs no one wants to because it gives them an in to do their great work -- "fixing" a "problematic" industry from inside.

Sean Schemmel made an account there and basically had a shit-talking back and forth between a now banned member over his rendition of Dragon Soul when Kai was the hot new shit at the time.

Solarmax420 I believe his name was there. He only posted a few times publicly before abandoning it.

They also have one of the members who worked on the Faulconer Productions score for the dub (Scott Morgan). He's a super chill dude and a really good insight into the stuff that went on at the time as well as some general music related stuff. Also has a YT with some decent original material.

Something that was mentioned on last night's stream with the Amazons was that, while they appreciate all of the info that they're getting, nobody from the Beard Harris firm will probably respond privately to anyone who contacts them about the case, because of the possibility that it might actually be someone they're suing.

As I understand it, if anything were privately discussed between someone (Ron, for instance) and them, that someone could potentially claim later on that they were speaking under an assumption of privileged attorney-client communication. That could put them in a position where they had a conflict of interest, and/or where they could no longer properly represent Vic without committing a breach of ethics.

For that reason, I would anticipate that any communication would either be public (the tweet Ty Beard sent to Ron was fine), or else it'll come in the form of legal papers filed and served. They'll happily listen to Ron's voicemail message (assuming he actually called and left one), but they won't return his call. They could enter into discussions with Ron's lawyer, if he had one. But they won't talk to him; not privately anyway.

Hopefully I'm not botching this too badly. I know you're probably reading this, Nick! Be gentle and correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, a buddy of mine is a regular over there. Flat out said it's impossible to discuss it because Dangerhairs have swooped in and colonized the forum, and everyone's afraid to disagree with them out of threat of being kicked.

That just goes to show that Ron has no fucking idea what he's talking about. OR, and this is just conjecture on my part......Ron is trying to bait the lawyers into doing exactly what you described could potentially happen.

But usually, based on the comments and posts on Hero Hei's discord and Kiwi Farms, lawyers aren't supposed to go into detail about cases with the defendants until the lawsuits get sent out to them.

I don't think Ron is anywhere near that smart, and the lawyers aren't dumb enough to fall for it anyway.

I do suspect, though, that Shane might think that he's doing some grand trolling scheme by trying to scapegoat himself... I think maybe he thinks that if he can get himself dragged into court and deposed, he'll have a good laugh at them and tell them he doesn't know anything (and he really doesn't). Then, I think, he thinks they've got absolutely no case, and no other leads... so he'll have done a great funny and wasted a lot of #VicKicksBack's time and money.

Shane is dumb enough that I think he might actually think that.
