Oddly it would have been a godsend to Jani and Bodhi if they were denied coverage because it would have stopped Susan’s endless doctor shopping adventures.
It’s amazing that so many people are denied coverage for very real, serious medical conditions and yet Susan’s been able to run up millions of dollars in totally unnecessary medical treatments to make her healthy children very sick and damaging their brains:

Clarification
There was staff report that someone complained that a box store cashier said something to a customer with the surname Cabana. Whatevs was said made the person uncomfortable. I had to ask @Null for clarification because their were a five vague posts about someone being harassed IRL, one clipped from reddit, but not much info. It had nothing to do with caretakers. It was stated that whoever felt uncomfortable has never met the kids.

I completely forgot about this one, she spent the money then begged her followers to pay for it. It wasnt even a raven, it was a shitty crow, we have them here in Ohio and they are the biggest mess making pains in the asses. That poor bird, it was probably so tense from her voice, stressed to all hell, and then shoved into a dog crate of all things, not an appropriate cage or holding pen for a bird. Whats even more comical is the size of the water dish, did she think it was able to actually drink from 1/2 inch of water out of a reptile bowl?!? And the toy, thats the last thing on an injured birds mind, wtf did she buy a $15 useless toy? Isnt there some kind of wildlife laws in Commiefornia, something about not disturbing nature if youre just some unlicensed moron? I thought that was like a known nationwide thing to just call animal control or the wildlife centers, not take the damn things into Petco and contaminate your children and pets with whatever mites and diseases an injured wild animal might have. I wouldve laughed if she wouldve gotten mites from it, sweet revenge.

This open Oprah letter is utterly HEARTBREAKING. These are people that work with children who hear voices. That someone can see the brief glimpse into Jani's life and realize that her voices are not schizophrenic delusions is awesome in and of itself. But to take it a step further and be able to detail out the rest of why this is actually NORMAL CHILDHOOD BEHAVIOR is quite awesome.
As an adult I have heard voices. Every single time it was because I was in a highly stressful situation or there was some trauma going on. When I listened (or did not listen) to the voices and followed through on what I needed to do, lo and behold the voices went away. I didn't think I was crazy. I just knew that something was wrong. And once whatever extrinsic thing that was wrong went away so too did the voices.
Susan is the crazy one in all this (but we already knew that). Not Jani. Not Bodhi. Susan. My rage when I think about what she has done to these little children is incandescent. And she did it for what? Fame? Fortune? She has neither of those and never will. Instead she has two broken husks of potential people that she lobotomized. Way to go Susan. Way to go. May you rot in hell. I'm mad on the internet of course.

Re: the crow video...Does Jani even like animals? Susan seems to be the animal enthusiast, she is always manic about some animal or posting animal videos on her FB. A lot of young children like animals or talk about them because kids books/movies etc have a lot of animal characters but I'm not sure Jani actually gives that much of a shit anymore. I suspect that Susan has coached Jani because Susan is the one who wishes she was a vet instead of an unemployed crazy lady.

Well it all stems back to screech’s niece Jenny, she is a vet, and screech has been pushing Jani since birth pretty much to do what Jenny does and thats always been animals. Michael even volunteered at an animal shelter to feed screechs need to have her involved with animals. Theres 2 videos of her and Jani walking around a zoo, one that has classes for students to be vet techs and vets and stuff, and she encourages Jani to yell at the animals and harass them basically, then walks up to 3-4 random students working certain pens and asking them about the details of the school. She cant even write the number 2 at this point, does she really think shes going to be able to pass collage corses? I dont want to burst any bubbles but the best job she will be able to get with her disabilities is a cage cleaner, and thats the reality of the animal industry.

Susan has a tendency to fixate on minute details in her children's lives, and use them to suit her agenda.
I have no doubt that she fixated on 24 Hours, Midnight, and 600 the Cat, and that's why those "hallucinations" kept coming back to Jani.
Imagine being a little kid and you play a game with yourself that you have an invisible friend named Fregg who is a talking egg. You tell Mommy about Fregg the egg while you're still happily playing the game. She instantly starts asking all kinds of questions about Fregg, her face lit up and her voice excited. Later in your day maybe you are watching some cartoons, and the game is over, but Mommy keeps asking if Fregg is here, where is Fregg, will Fregg eat dinner with you tonight?
Mommy gets so happy and excited when you tell her about Fregg, so even though the game is over for you you still want to make Mommy happy, so you tell her that Fregg is rolling down the stairs or Fregg is playing Mario Kart or Fregg is sitting in the fridge. Weeks, even months pass and Mommy keeps asking about Fregg. You now think that a talking egg is a stupid idea, but you want to be a good boy/girl, so you make something up to tell Mommy about Fregg every time she asks...
Then suddenly you're on television and Mommy is telling everyone about your friend Fregg the talking egg and how you see Fregg every day and he is as real to you as Mommy and Daddy are. The TV man asks you about Fregg, and you don't want to get in trouble so you tell him that you and Fregg play together all the time. Next thing you know, your mom stuffs you to the gills with medicine because only crazy kids see talking eggs and she doesn't want you trying to fry your baby brother in a pan.
Jani's fixation on animals is something that Susan approves of, and she can invent a bullshit narrative of Jani becoming a vet one day, so she milks that for all it's worth and probably says stuff like "JANNNNIIII, want to go to the zoo?! And see the animals?! You loooove animals, Jaaaaannniiii!" Poor Jani just claprubs and nods to make Mommy Screech happy.
Loving animals is one of Jani's many notoriously Aspie behaviors, along with her stimming and possible synesthesia. Leave it to Screech to turn what was possibly a mildly autistic, beautiful little girl into a zombie.
Note: I'm aware that Jani has been tested repeatedly for autism, to no avail. I think it's likely she had Aspergers in the beginning, but now, it's anyone's guess. Years of emotional abuse and drugging could make anyone crazy. Psychiatric illnesses can be induced in ways that physical ones can't. That her parents are both mentally ill doesn't help either.
At this point, Jani may actually have schizophrenia. That's incredibly how dangerous a narc with a copy of the DSM can be. It's as if Dee Dee had actually given Gypsy cancer.

this right here. the reality is that these drugs given at such a young age can cause permanent cognitive damage. it's just like if Deedee had given Gypsy cancer.
I don't think Jani is or ever was autistic though. this is pure creation, becoming to end. "born schizophrenic", are you fucking kidding.
edit: jani's "stimming" is a side effect of the drugs. that's all.
prodromal symptoms of schizophrenia begin around puberty at the earliest, up to maybe around forty at the oldest.

I don't think Jani has ever been schizophrenic. I think she had a normal to highly developed imagination which most only children have as a means to amuse themselves. I think she was in a highly disruptive, abusive environment with two parents who are both extremely mentally ill and she responded accordingly. I honestly don't even think she's on the spectrum, though she could be on the less severe end. We'll never know because she's so brain damaged that she's literally gone wall eyed. Susan should be locked up for what she has done to these children. There is no other description for what she has done than child abuse. I absolutely hate her for it and neither Cory nor Michael get any absolution as far as I'm concerned.
Cory is just a disgusting pig. Absolute garbage loser. Michael chose to leave those children, HIS children, in this mess. He helped create this mess and then abandoned it so he gets no lenience in responsibility for the current state of the kids. This entire situation is atrocious and those kids should be removed from their care. They'd be better off in a foster home and that's pathetic.

Reading this thread has piqued my interest in Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy, so here are some things I've read that add up to a really depressing outlook for this situation.
Quick note, since the DSM-5, MSbP has been referred to as Factitious Disorder Imposed on Another (FDIA), while MS is referred to as Factitious Disorder Inflicted on Self (FDIOS).

* 6-10% of victims end up dying, and another 7.3% have long-term or permanent harm. Deaths are most commonly seen in infants, but the cases most likely to be lethal are ones where the perpetrator induces illness in the victim(s) (Sheridan, 2003; Yates & Bass, 2017).
* Several cases of FDIA would not have been documented/diagnosed without video surveillance (Faedda et al., 2018-)
* Placement of victim(s) out of the control of the perpetrator was noted in less than a third (32.4%) of cases (Sheridan, 2003). Only 1 child in 10 cases was disposed to the father; in this case, the mother was in a psychiatric hospital (Lacey et al., 1993; this is important as 90-98% of perpetrators are the victim's mother).
* The perpetrator admitted (at least partially) to their behaviour in only 11% of cases, and just 5% of perpetrators were ever convicted in court (Sheridan, 2003).
* Direct confrontation of the perpetrator/caregiver has previously led to suicide attempts (Yates & Bass, 2017).
* Perpetrators are likely to engage in FDIOS behaviour after separation from their victim(s). Though in about a third of cases perpetrators have displayed FDIOS symptoms prior to FDIA, too (Yates & Bass, 2017).
* Victims are at high-risk for developing FDIOS themselves, and this most often starts as victim 'collusion' with the perpetrator. This is commonly seen in older child victims, who are 'in on the conspiracy' as they see it as a way of receiving acceptance (Yates & Bass, 2017; Morrell & Tilley, 2012).

On a lighter note, the film "Shock Corridor" is a good Susana Banana themed film that touches on a lot of the issues brought up in this thread. I hate spoilers so I won't say too much but it's about a journalist who fakes his way into a mental institution to write a great expose' about the mental health industry.

Lol. Got a relative who does wild animal rescue. She also has a BA in zoology. From what I understand, you are supposed to call animal control or the humane society and they take care of it, assessing the situation and calling in their vets and foster families as needed. To rehabilitate a bird you must have a room dedicated to free flying so the bird can excercise. Susan likely kept it in that kennel, but if it excercised...ew. She seems none too fastidious. Another thing, crows as lowly as they are, as well as starlings, sparrows and city pigeons are protected by laws that protect other songbirds, which are pretty stringent. Potentially on a federal level, not just state. Legally, interfering with the bird was at least a misdemeanor. Advice to pet store employees, do not enable, call the proper authorities.
So did the bird live?
Edit to add, so sad but most avian mites are too picky to have mere human hosts. They will latch on to your favorite chickens instead, ugh. They'd be creepy crawly for a few days then dead without a bird to suck dry.
Edit again: There are probably more laws in place to prevent the poisoning of pigeons than there are to protect these kids from poisoning. Not that it's bad, I'd just like laws pertaining to human children reflect their status when compared to the consideration given crows.

Highly unlikely, Corvids (crows) are extremely social birds and isolating one from the flock (even to heal it) is usually fatal.
I’ve helped rescue corvids, and they must go to a rescue that already has other corvids. A crow alone won’t live for long. The only reason I’ve ever found injured crows is because their murder or flock goes absolutely apeshit making an ear splitting racket because they all get so upset about their injured member.

Well, mazel tov to Michael and Amy.
Though she's been quiet online all this week, I'm sure Susan tried everything to manufacture a crisis large enough to force Mike to come deal with it, yet small enough to escape the notice of DCFS. The fact that Michael could be there for the birth of his second son is a good thing.
May her recovery be as peaceful as the pregnancy was drama filled.
