Medical professionals definitely slum around on the internet like anyone else. If discussing cases we're (usually, I hope) smart enough to be vague and leave out or change identifying details. Being overly cruel about it might be considered unethical but in general there's nothing wrong with venting anonymously online, Doc Bastard is a good example of someone who stays pretty professional but vents and laughs about shit all the time. Obviously any discussion outside of work is strongly discouraged, but in school they low key told us they know it's going to happen to an extent, just don't be a dick and for godsake don't violate PHIPA.

These doctors spend all day looking at real vaginas for problems that real vagina have, they can probably tell by smell alone once a troon is naked and in the stirrups.

It probably does also have something to do with the fact that they're now afraid to go to say an emergency room doctor because they have to explain the cause. Jesus. For this to be true, the wound had to become necrotic and undergo what is called "tunneling". It happens with bed sores, uncontrolled diabetics, extreme obesity, extreme hygiene negligence. You can see and touch bone in some of the situations. Wish I could say this is uncommon. It isn't. While unlikely with only a month post op, it's possible.
