Definitely not, suits like that can go for anywhere from $500 to $5000, depending on the type and quality of the materials. I would guess that one would be ~$1000, which is way out of Spud's price range.

I dunno, Phil has some sort of pleather bra top thing. It's turned up in a few photos, even when he just moved into his flat and was larping 'Xochi'. He generally wore the pleather bra thing over a t-shirt and it looked fucking ridiculous (even more that the photo above).

Remember, Phil had a huge lump sum from tard bucks when they decided he could get sped welfare. He spent it all on crap (and not housing, furniture, utilities), so it wouldn't be surprising if that's where some of the money went.

It's amazing how very masculine he looks in that photo. Like he left the shop after playing dressup in his lunchbreak for a laugh, and went back to his job on a construction site, or something. Not that Phil would ever even contemplate working so hard.
