I'm sure it was a calculated PR move for Ty to pick ALOD to be working closely with Vic. Three woman. Two of them suffered sexual assault (and didn't pursue any kind of legal action for their own reasons, and didn't pursue extralegal justice). At least one of them is young. One of them is black. At least one of them is a mother. At least one of them has a nerd streak. It's like a smorgasboard of demographics that you'd find on the KickVic side, but they're representing him.

This guy is upset that 'listen and believe' isn't being counted as credible evidence.

I'm surprised myself to see so little #KickVic videos too. DigiBro made a video (due to a rant request) but I have not seen anything else. I had a feeling from the start that once the false allegations started coming to light that the pro-Vic side were going to win since anime is far less suspect to SJW's influence than other entertainment media. That said, I was not expecting such a one-sided blowback which granted means more lulz for us.

Someone else pointed it out but, to noticed that these people on the Kick side aren't pushing and using the same evidence and narratives that are constantly dismissed and how easy it is to disprove, while Stand is able to clear the air on those rumors, being able to find evidence that shows that it's less an expose and more an attack, so that's why people on Kick are not seen: they have not a lot of shit to talk about, they barely have any notable things to use. It's a world where physical evidence is key, and they obviously lack it when the ones they use are admitted by the person who is in the photos to be edited. Kick has little to nothing. Stand has had the fight in the bag as far as we know.

Another thing to note is this. Compare this situation to Weinstein, Dan Schneider, Louis C.K., etc. Wanna know what the two big differences between all them? Well other than them getting so wholly outed that the productions they were making either straight up got cancelled or made by different people, they were proven to be true and also backed up, so obviously, they got shitcanned. The other thing is, since they did it, they had no retaliation.

Why the hell would Vic think about lawyers if he DID do it? Why would he actively pursue, why would he even remotely think that his former colleagues are now his biggest rivals? If you did it, why fight it? That's what I seriously think is the most messed up part, that the psychology of this is what lead me to believe he didn't do it early on (before big evidence for Vic and against his "victims" got out.)
