The SCESA updated their Facebook page for International Women’s Day, so they seem(?) to still be active.

But it doesn’t change the fact that the GoFundMe is pointless because the SCESA has its own donate page. It uses PayPal as well, which means there are cheaper transaction fees that take place than with GoFundMe. The SCESA keeps more of the donation money when its donation page was used than with a GoFundMe.

I’ve tried contacting the organization. People used Twitter to contact them with no response. I tried Facebook Messenger, no response. I tried the email on their website, no response. I tried calling the executive director of the SCESA on two phone numbers that are publically available. Twice. No response.

Why is it so hard to get into contact with these guys?

They based out of Texas because they could pay their employees peanuts, didn't have to pay much in the way of corporate taxes and the rent is ridiculously cheaper compared to California.

Nah! She has to maintain an official legal residence in the US. That would be her Parents. She can be served there.

It still has to be served "to her" though. Her legal residence in the US gives jurisdiction, but they will still have to make sure she gets the paperwork. Not sure how such international service can work. Its an issue Akilah Hughes ran into suing Carl. I expect though that the Beard can hire a Japanese lawyer to serve the paperwork to Allison and let her know that her presence is required back in America and since she is a loyal citizen, she had better show.

Everyone in the main cast has easily identifiable involvement as directly causing the drama rather then fueling it. Shane is not on the main cast list as an example. If we listed everyone involved the OP would read like war and peace. The conspiracy plots in game of thrones are more straight foreword then what went down in the Anime VA community. I'm really just the scribe though so if people really feel someone needs to go on then they will go on.
