The only thing you can do in this situation is spread awareness that this person may end up endangering their child and encourage others to try and get them to see the problem. Until the kid is put at risk and there's evidence unfortunately we're stuck hoping it never comes to that.

It might be worth contacting furry cons though and finding out of they allow minors into cub panels and what they intend to do if an infant is put at risk, since it'll be their responsibility when the kid gets raped at a room party by diaperfurs.

I would say that cons would at least want to monitor the activities of minors at their events but most have their chaperone (ie Sickel) sign a waiver that exempts the con staff from any responsibilities of safety. That's all on him. You can contact a convention's security team with concerns but I have my doubts you could achieve anything. The only other thing I could think of is maybe contacting hotel staff about it as I'm pretty sure most places would NOT want their establishments to be labeled as " That one place where a pedophile father let their kid get diddled by a bunch of grown men in animal costumes " but again, I'm not sure if that would achieve anything either.

I wanted to put " Troon in the making " but the subtitle is already fucking winded. I guess I could shorten it to " Future troon " but the length of the subtitles as a whole needs to be fixed.
Anyhow, his sona has this autistic backstory of how he hit a female cat and then underwent some transformation curse so now he's a female cat. Considering the trend of furries and how this dude desperately needs to fit in, I would be SHOCKED if he didn't say he was trans in the next 2 years. I want to assume the story of hitting a cat is made up but he honestly seems exceptional enough to base his sona around a cat that he actually killed.

You can create custom tags so if you're really bothered by being labeled a Zoophile, you can just write Feral (which is what I've seen people do).

I see too many coincidences for it not to be evidence in my opinion but I see where you're coming from. Kind of makes me wish BF was still live but I'd rather that evil be off the internet rather than keeping it around just to out people. I got really lucky last time finding Jackee's BF account since someone (or I'm going to guess the more likely scenario - a bot) archived the profile like 10 years ago on Wayback. Don't think I'll ever get that lucky again.

Going through his twitter and the fact he seems to like to brag about being a father here it doesn't look like he's a troon other than his sona, and its pretty common for people to have opposite gender fursonas. So we can rule that out until there's evidence to say otherwise.

Considering his inkbunny, f-list and his friendship with known zoos he's more than likely one of them or at least openly expressing an interest though. A quick look at his favourites on FA while logged in kinda prove he's into it, especially humans getting fucked by animals and transforming into one by sex.
