When I was a girl I never thought about dressing up in heels or girly clothes. Guess that makes me a girl now.

Assuming you're not a troll. That isn't going to fix your issue no matter how much you think it is. If your previous post / post history is anything to go by your feelings towards your body are skewed by bad experiences at least in part caused by a parental figure. What your father did, if he did, was not normal or healthy treatment of another person. Getting surgery to invert your penis isn't a solution, it's basically a band-aid in the form of a risky surgery that more often than not has mild to severe complications.

as someone who is transitioning(HRT only) after seeing a SRS vagina up close was enough to make me go fuuuuck that, that and the 17k+ price tag, thats a good down payment on a decent house

You need to take a moment to sit down and consider your views on self-image, mental health, self-esteem and just self in general. Transitioning isnt gonna fix your underlying mental view of yourself, contrary to how trans peoples of the internet preach it- you're not starting over. You are still you and HRT isn't going to magically fix these problems.

An hour talking to an informed consent doctor in order to start HRT is not enough to fully inform you of all the possibilities of what can happen when you start messing with the biological systems that keep your body running. We have no way of knowing and long term studies are very few so the idea of informed consent is a misnomer in this era of medical transgender care. You and others like you are essentially lab rats to these doctors and you're the ones choosing to do it.

Understand I say this with compassion; you have a head problem and cutting your body up will not fix it. What you need most of all is a therapist to help you deal with your emotions and trauma. If, in time, this therapy involves modifications to your body then so be it. Surgery cannot fix body dismorphia because the problem is mental.
