That's actually an interesting question. BHBH wouldn't be able to do anything about it themselves, but I suppose they could turn it over to law enforcement to investigate. But maybe there's one of those weird legal rules where they're supposed to ignore everything not relevant to their case and so prosecutors wouldn't be able to use it as evidence.

Some people are mandatory reporters of child abuse, so in the unlikely event () that it involves something like that, it would actually be illegal for them not to report it. It's not a government search but a search by a private party so the Fourth Amendment exclusionary rule wouldn't apply in a criminal prosecution.

Of course he's an actor, thanks for the heads up Sabat, but he sounds pretty sincere to me. Interestingly he says his distaste for drunkenness was "imparted to me when I was very little" which makes me wonder if this is related to his deadbeat dad who he's described in another video as "miserable and made me and my mom's life miserable".
